IS IT or Can IT be Lawful to keep Consolidating a Co. When Some of those funds Seem to be for to Keep up Payment of Bonuses and BKs etc. When Management Keep telling SHS at AGMs etc. That IT's Admin for the Co IF the BOD are not allowed to do what they wish.

After Averaging Down Approx 20 times I've had enough of Valirx. Not another Cent from me. Best of luck.

Can Anybody on this BB tell me IF Morris and Vainakka are Employed by Valirx Please. FWIW, I emailed Valirx office earlier and mentioned that I am a SH in the Co. I asked IS Morris and Vainikka Still employed by the Co. No Acknowledgement or Reply. IS there Somebody still getting Paid for Not doing their Job. IMO.

Valirx do 125/1 Consolidations IS IT leaves them Plenty of Shares for Future Placings. SO plenty of Room for Plenty of Quick 10/35%. So over to the You know Who's. IMO.

Traders etc getting 25/35% return for Risking their funds for a day. And a Kick up the a## for Investors that Carried this Co for Years. IMO

ValJu, IS that Supposed to be Some sort of Dig at Me Personally. We were all In different types of Groups one Time or other. To try and glean Any sort of Information about the Carry on In this Co. IMO

Sadly for LTSHs that Supported this Co for and over the last 10 years There's V little left here for most of them. IF there IS a bit of success. They'll be lucky to receive a Minute return. All the SHs Money that M and V has gotten away with. With Just the Penalty of being removed as Directors. IMO

Yes, Last Week. That 1 Share was 125 Shares. Isn't It absolutely Scandalous When you Focus on It. The Second Time to be Consolidated 125/1. SHs Investments Diluted Again 125 Times. By one Stroke of a Pen. Morris and Vainakka couldn't care less. Because THEY can get away with It. IMO.

IS Satu Vainakka still also employed?. Only, Not Directors. Yes funny over on ADVFN N9P & Hopeis are missing. He must be Kept Busy at the moment. I had an email discussion (If you could call It that ) with GM with my Concerns that Some V/Good Posters were attributing N9P's Posts to Him or Somebody close to him. Through the Phraseology, mistakes, etc. I pointed out to him the most Insulting language used. He denied It. OR will he Start up again and be looking For more £5K Bargains?. IMO.

RB & Borgie, I'd say GM spent a long Night making his Resigning decision. Short and Sweet. From My Little experience. Any Co Director that resigned from a Co. They Would Usually enlighten The Co/SHs on the reason for So. Sort of retirement, After taking the Co so far, time to move on and let New blood take the Co forward. Nothing from GM. So IS he Still Employed by Valirx?.

Sorry i forgot to check. Part of It was possibly even then with all the previous Placings they were below the Nominal Value. Hence that Split. IMO.

What I was being Told was Coming from Doctors that I would have thought would have a Major Interest In Cures Not In Bonuses?. MY FAULT. MY LOSS. Worth You While Just Skimming the Head line of each RNS. You will Get them All of them on the Valirx Website. Just Look at the Amount Of Placings and Frequency of those Placings. I'm NOT any familiar with Co Jargon. Maybe You Might Look at One RNS on the 28/01/2009 Headed Reorganization. Seems to be Splitting (IF I'm correct) your Shares and Not Allowing You a Vote on Most Of them ?. Maybe It's nothing But Why Go to the Bother IF It Wasn't of Value to someone? IS IT to remove SHs Right to Vote Against the BOD actions on Anything that SHs may think IS Not In SHs or the Co's Interest?. IMO. Feel Free to Correct me.

Thanks BF, I just remember JG expressing His Negativity towards his efforts to me some years ago. After JG had Taken GM to Task at a GM with the concern of some SHs about the Management of the Co. JG hadn't Enough backing at that stage. Too Many Of the Free Warrant and Traders brigade about at the Time. How simply things go by and are forgotten. atb. IMO.

At this Stage After The Consolidation I'd rather See Valirx go to Admin. With my Investment Worth almost Nothing. I'd rather see the Compounds returned to the Hospitals where they Came From. Maybe they would Get a Pharma to take them on. That Some of my Investment Wouldn't have been Wasted on Bonuses etc and may see Some Good Coming for Cancer Patients from My Investment. IS that Mr Desler Valirx's Financial Person?. IMO.
