Traders are of no value to any Small Bio Co. Especially the ones that have bought at a placing and then sold on and have a free carry on warrants. IMO, Aiding In Bringing Valirx SP to .6p and to It's knees. It's a near miracle that Valirx have survived so long on the placings at a pittance. IMO Investors like me must have seen something in 201,401. to have held and added for so long. Sadly to the benefit of the same said Traders. We should see fairly soon If there Is/Was something in 201, 401, and That deal. Some advert for any BOD to be proud of 201, 401 doing well, we are being told and SP from Circa 65p to .6p to prove it. AIMHO.

The BOD of this Co have built up so much distrust that IMO even If there was a Whiff of a good deal the Market would take It with a grain of salt. Even with a good deal IMO that distrust has eaten away some of the multi SP Increase that may occur with a deal. Here's hoping for all the Genuine L/T, S/H, SHs like myself that I'm Incorrect And of course the patients both in trials and in the future that all was not In vain. Last point. I wish ValJu the best of luck with his endeavours and beware of being Brought Inside and being silenced. We have seen that well trodden road many times already. AIMHO.

Best of luck with your averaging down. I averaged down over a dozen a times without ever selling a share. I don't think you will have to do the same because Valirx won't exist much longer IMO. Red flag went up for me when the SP rose on the last consolidation. Why not have raised a reasonable amount of money at that stage. Then the no reason.... RNS. IF any any BOD, COO,CEO read that a Genuine SH SH had to average down so many times to barely keep in touch with the going SP they would hide their faces in SHAME?. Where's the deal we have been told about.

Valirx Is going to be placed and consolidated to oblivion. Being honest like everyone else even the doomers I can only go on this BOD's past performance. It feels desperate when you put your money and trust in professional people In the Bio sector. Is It any wonder that this BOD attracts so much abuse (Which I don't agree with, Abuse). I have always accepted a Small Bio as a major risk. That risk to me is a Trial failure of a drug. Surely being told for such a long time that talks are on going and NDAS etc signed. Is there not a duty of care to SHs from Regulators to call a Co to Task after such a long time when nothing Is being finalised?. After that period a proper update Is given to where exactly the Co Is at?. Is everyone happy the way placing was conducted?. Surely IF Valirx don't come good on the Deal we have every reason for a claim for our losses?. Rem Beauforts ?. This last placing, That Rise for a day, etc. AIMOO. Investors buy on what they are told by BOD and Advisors. Anyone remember, Being told that Valirx was a buy at a price on one morning?. Then to see a placing at nearly half the SP in the afternoon?. AIMOO.

Most of us SH LT SH thought there was a Placing coming. Look at the way the SP rose for those two days. IMO Shocking or Disgraceful? IMO. Funny It wasn't RNS'd on Friday 4.30. Is there news to come?. Then again If there was would there have been a placing?. We are being told all results are good?. Peer review good?. SP .6p. Anyone believing any of It. Funny way of showing It If they are. Bio Cos need money to keep going. A CO MO. The BOD makes out a wish list and Finance Plan. You make a placing when your SP is at a reasonable price and for a decent amount. That Is an amount to carry you forward for at least 18 months. Well that's the way I look at It but I'm not an expert so maybe I'm wrong. ARE the compounds Strong enough for Pharma's?. Who knows we may get that Blockbuster Rns of that deal. Here's hoping. I don't know doe's anyone.

Main reason I Invested was the treatment If as good as they say It Is. Is without Chemo. I'm sure some posters have seen relations going through It. Imagine the harm Chemo can do. If everything we were told Is correct, there's a fair
chance of a return. Must remember though science does not stand still and wait. A lot of Bios I'm sure are trying hard and a lot of bright new things coming along.

Rns or not. GM. is COO of Valirx not someone you meet on the street. He tells the Investors at a filmed presentation that they are In talks with six Plcs/Pharmas/Bods/Someone, take your pick. I would Imagine that there was some fairly responsible people from Pharmas present as well as private Investors. Why would anybody go to these sort of presentations If they can't believe the COO of a Co. When a COO of a Co mentions Talks with possible Interest in their Co It can't be just rhetoric. Like wise with Satu when she mentions crystlizing SH value It has to mean something. Some INVESTORS like me put In reasonably substancial amounts on what GM COO and Satu CEO told us on the quality of these compounds. Let's hope the talks is are still going well and nearing a positive end. AIMOO.

Seems so. One thing that turns me off a Share Is a consistent poster giving a minute by minute commentary on a share.
We all can see the SP movements and the reason for the drop. I bought Into Farn because I think the drop was too much and the Co have a good recovery chance. AIMOO.
