That the last Large 6ml Delayed and the 1ml Trades during the last weeks are not placing shares. Not bothered that the BOD are supposed to say there Is none Intended. Heard It all before. Last Rns was because of ValJu, they felt the heat a bit. If there was any trust in this Co the last Rns would have generated a reasonable rise In the SP and held most of that rise. All the wondering about who is going to do what RE: A Pharma,Going It alone, Partnerships, Buy outs . At the moment Suzy Is our only chance but just look at her position from which she Is trying to deal from. The Only news I'm going by Is IF It ever happens Is when I see a fairly Large sustained rise In the SP. Sorry for the negativity but after 8 years Invested It's time to get real. AIMOO.

Dan. Buy 800k on the open market at 65p, I wouldn't have thought so. They got 70p for the larger lot. Somebody seems to have been thinking my way. Doesn't make much difference anyway. I just think sentiment means a lot In the AIM. IMO.

Why not do the Placing at 70P. In fairness In the Interest of the many Investors that are Invested at some higher prices. It's not a lot but what effect would It have on the SP going forward. I'm sure that you would not buy the placing amount for much lower on the open market. IMO

With the greatest respect to you and accepting your word as a Genuine independent Investor. Would you not ask yourself why all the cloak and dagger stuff?. Off Market deals?. Large Late reported Trades?. Why no Increase In the SP?. This Is Valirx we are talking about (60p to .5P), not GSK or Pfizer. I'm sticking to a forward placing for the moment Until a Deal Is announced at the end of this month. Why am I not convinced?, because this Is Valirx. Here's hoping that the Deal comes to pass for all the LT SH SHs and IT IS someone with clout that's building a Position in Valirx. Sorry for being so Pessimistic but being here 8 years, so who has caused me to be that way?. AIMOO.

If I remember correctly did Beauforts give a Recommendation On Valirx at a certain price on a morning and a placing at almost half that In the afternoon?. There seems to be always someone that think they bought at the bottom. Even the punters that bought yesterday at the bottom are down. Seems to be No bottom to Valirx. AIMOO.

I was 100% Positive on what I was being told by the BOD until about 18 months ago then doubts arose with me.

There Is plenty of positive info In the RNSs. I just don't understand them. Forget about the other knockers
ValJu proposal. Support we would have got from Genuine Investors, Flippers., Free Warrant Holders? Would ++++?
401 Deal being discussed. 201. 301. 101. No failures, Patents, ndas,cdas, etc.
Not much else to say really. I just hope that all my battles with long gone 2 abusive posters was not In vain. That as one said of 401, It was Just salty water. There was too many faults seen by the other one to remember but your left wondering at this point. Back to Neg I'm afraid unless that deal. Feel free to disagree. IMO.

l agree with you. So many Questions with Valirx. I'm being told to refer to RNSs when I enquire about anything I feel unhappy about. Sure If It was clear I wouldn't be asking. Maybe lots of Investors understand them better than I and are happy with them. I have have never seen so many disgruntled people In any other Co that I Invested in. AIMOO.

AS the saying goes, You Are a sight for sore Eyes. After taking a beating before on Valirx and looking like you are back for more. Always upbeat. I commend you. I have Invested in the AIM since approx year 2000. I have Invested In all sorts of stocks and have not gained or lost much. My cash Investment amounts were circa £1000 to £5000. I picked some that were absolutely Gambles and I new that. Some of you may remember, Marconi, Sportsworld,. I Invested In Valirx on what was being said about the prospects of this Co. You can read In the latest posts what I heard as well. Satu Re: Crystallisation of Value many times. Talks etc?. Disturbingly that we are Just Second Hand ShareHolders?. More disturbingly I have now heard again that If I did not Trade Valirx? . I was a FOOL???. I'm an Investor. Which are BOD of Valirx are/were looking for when they present at presentations FOOLS or INVESTORS?. Just take a minute and look at the history. The Placings Prices?. No matter what the SP was at each time?. The Beaufort debacle, (Not my fault)?. Still I couldn't sell any of my Shares with Beaufort @ circa 4p at the time If I wished or needed the funds for Any reason. Serious (IMO) Mistakes in a placing that Luckily was corrected?. Large Delayed trades?. Legal they say? But Why delayed?. Jump in SP, Placing shortly after?. A lot of Investors at the moment are IMO waiting for that Deal and some have timed In their head the Last day of March. I know I heard It ,the talks on the deal are progressing Rapidly. IMO. IF all that I have posted above is In any way correct and the BOD of Valirx do not come through in their promises . IMO do the SHs In this CO not deserve compensation from the LSE for not Policing/Inspecting this CO properly are those concerns that were being Voiced??. The BOD of Valirx Have IMO a Duty of Care to all the SHS in the CO that they manage. All the above Is IN MY Opinion and on what Is being posted Without any correction or denouncement from Valirx BOD.
