The only one thing that keeps my hopes up Is the lady that's carrying out the science work on 401. So fingers still
crossed.

As a V/L/T Second Hand S/Holder I don't need to see anymore of these Rnss. We were told of the Intention of
the BOD was to create Value in Valirx a very long time ago. They know by now It's only wasting money putting out
Rns that don't have a profound effect on the SP. With all the placings/Dilutions/RapidIy/Imminent and all the other
quotations do they not realise that they need to give the SHs and the Market proof of a deal for 401 or not. I don't
know very much about the rules of the Aim, If there Is any. I was of the belief that the BOD could not buy shares at
particular times, still I seems that there was a way. Time to find a way to Inform the SHs of this Co where exactly we stand as to that deal for 401. All IMO. Apology If the deal Is being In the process of being signed.

Anybody any Fair Idea what ave would Mr Slater be at.

It was SUPPOSED to be in a closed period. That's what almost everyone believed. Everyone except you I Suppose. You say there was No deals anywhere close, I don't whether there was or not. YOU seem to know that there was not.

From memory. The BOD took part In a placing during a so called closed period (3 Dirs £10K each) before.
When they were questioned about It being a closed period they said that their Brokers OKed It some way but
only £10K was allowed from each director. Again from memory. Check It out in the RNSs.

I don't Know what's going on with Valirx, you seem to. That's why I put IF in the sentence. No Ramp. You should know by now that It will take more than Ramping to get Valirx out of the spot their In at the moment and that's not a deramp.

Clearing of the latest placing shares. I wouldn't worry over them, we have been through all the past placings waiting for them to be cleared many times before. Remember Beaufort, The Bucket shops, one of the very bad placings that luckily was corrected when It was pointed out by one of the share tipsters. Valirx got through all those and never made any positive difference to the SP. I can remember all the times that Satu mentioned crystallize SH value. She must have meant at 1p. Valirx needs nothing short of a miracle at the moment. When I heard GM mentioning talks were progressing Rapidly even giving the benefit of the doubt (Rapidly) I thought by Xmas we would have something one way or the other. Apologies anyway If they are In the process of signing the deal. and AIMOO.

Some neck you talking about Ramping. Why were you posts removed from Nov '17 to March '18 Exactly the time when you were Ramping Valirx?. Your posts before and after that date are still there. Were you Ramping just for yourself And some else?. Just asking. Remember you went missing from the Valirx BB during March. Well one reason probably was that you did mention is you got you quick return. Why are you giving reasons why the SP is not good. How could any SP get a chance to rise with P+D merchants in and out for a quick kill and on to the next Co. Money made on the backs of some genuine LT Investors. AIMOO.

For newbies. Make sure the Co that your are intending to Invest in That the BOD have a good % hard cash Invested from The Very Start. I didn't notice that with Valirx I was too taken up with the quality of the Professionals working on the compounds and the seemingly Quality of the compound at the time 201 (+ Without Chemo) luckily 401 came along later. Aim Is not for people that genuinely want to Invest in Cos. Too many P+D merchants AFAICS. Apologies to any Investors like myself, not intended for you. AIMOO

What are you worried about you made your money on the share last year. Remember when you worked overtime on

Since last Placing for £1.15ML. What makes anybody think that It will be any different this time with a worse placing for just £.5Ml. (Unless a very good Deal announced for 401 before Xmas). Were large supposed Buys last week Sells by whoever took part in today's Placing?. Who Is buying or selling the large lots today?. I am saying Buying or selling because I don't really know one from the other, doe's anybody else?. Especially with all the late reported large Trades. Is there any plan by anybody to relieve the SHs of Valirx for very little?. Any opinions on above. Again AIMOO.

Novum allowed 3 years to cash in their allotted Warrants. I as an Investor lost the Warrants that I got with a placing.

listening to Professional people. All the CDAs, NDAs, Talking to Pharmas for all that time and still seems nobody
really interested. Where has all the money gone to? What was expected to be achieved by the earlier RNS?. Bod wouldn't even buy on the open market to try and give a bit of confidence to the Co and compounds. Forget about the closed period. Am I correct in saying that the work to get the 4 compounds to where they are cost £20ml and MC Is £4ml doe's that tell It all. That's the way I see It. AIMOO Please feel free to correct me If I am Incorrect on any of the above points.

Didn't forget wasn't thinking that way, If I was I wouldn't have Invested. Probably the way you look at It. Think what you will.

Been Invested since Feb 2011, gave up on topping up after doing so on too numerous occasions, took part In a Placing. Without ever selling one share. Yes I could have Sold on two highs but I am Invested until they got to a JV or a Deal. Which I thought/Understood would have being done before now. Too embarrassed to admit the amount I'm down. Who knows maybe there will be a deal.

Well Adam I did because I have seen a lot of my Very close friends get Prostate Cancer. Hoped also that
on the quality of the both the BOD and the science (Without Chemo) that I may get a return. Kick up the ass time for me though I didn't notice how little the BOD had Invested in ££££ . I believe that they worked for nothing at one time. I don't know If that Is correct. Put simply If I had noticed (which I should have) that they had little skin in the game I Would Not have Invested. You know looking at It now maybe that Is the reason Finance was hard to get at a fair price and the reason why any Pharma has not bought in a long time ago. One other thing I don't know anymore
