You amaze me. Close to commercialisation. How do you know all that?. Why has It not been Rnsd. Who do you think buys the shares from the Primary/First hand Investors when they sell some?. Doe's Valirx buy them back?. NO their bought by some people that don't get a chance to Invest directly. Seeing that GM sees the Second Hand Investors as almost a pain In the a$$. Why didn't he get Valirx Financed by all his chosen ones the Direct Investors and not bother with us SH SHs. Keep It private, the BOD put In a Propper sum. How Unlucky so far for Us that that didn't happen. I feel for a lot of very genuine Investors some that have got out carrying heavy losses and especially for that most mannerly pleasant man that use to post, JG. Repeat. What has Sclp sold. You have posted all that before. You seem to be trying to convince Yourself not me with that list. I told you I'm Invested. I'm also Invested In another Co and Almost all posters here say that Co has No chance. So Guess what I thought Why not buy 100k of Sclp and I Might recover something If things go belly up. I ask a simple logical question about shares. It seems to be the Question that posters here daren't or don't want to ask. . Chester was the only poster that answered In a logical civil manner. You can see the attack from C7 And his Imaginings.

What puts money into a Co?. A ShareHolder possibly but definitely after doing so. If that shareholder needs to sell some of his Shares some time after doe's the Co buy them back or do you need someone to do so. IF there was no so called Second Hand ShareHolder to do so. What do you do with your cert. I know one obvious one but to distatefull to mention here.

The market would be better without ShareHolders or for that matter Second hand ShareHolders?. What would all the Major Cos think of that. Be great If we could do without the MMS. I'll leave It at that. IMO.

We'll have to agree to disagree. I still believe If the CF shares had been taken up when the CF debacle happened. It I believe would have given great momentum to every avenue of Sclp. The way Sclp science Is held In such high regard by many Posters and the people involved. The glowing references/CVs/GC/ Award of those Involved. It's Hard to believe that It wouldn't have a more positive affect. As to your ref to the So called second hand Shs we all know where that reference came from. Very little respect with reason shown by many to that quarter. Sclp like many bios could do with a lot more second hand shs. Where would Cos be only for second hand shareholders. That Is genuine Investor S/H/S/Hs of course.

Just wondering how the IP of FitBio fits with Valirx IP. Seems a different field. IS there a Very good connection. Money wise £5k doesn't matter. Will this IP be of any use In progressing 101,201,301,. I understood that those were performing Ok with some results due and 401 Is no longer the responsibility of Valirx . Is there a new 01 coming. Am I correct In saying that whatever funds are needed to progress the FitBio IP will be ALL covered by ASO. So that will leave Valirx to concentrate on their own IP with their own ASO Finance. Apologies IF you see All that as wishful thinking on my part.

£15 millions to Billions in a Few months. How Is It that You and a few others can see so much Potential. Nobody seems or seemed to see that. If that was the case Why were the CF shares on the market for so long. Those shares would have being snapped up at a more respectable rate If Investors seen It that way. IS that not fair comment. You need to show exactly and on what basis you say that. Great IF It does, nobody will be more happier IF that ever happens than myself. I'll keep hoping anyway.

Nearly always comes out of something not so good. Take the SP drop during the Week on the CF shares that
were hard to move on at a fair price. Well the bright side Is the BOD dare not attempt a placing for a while. I just can't understand why BioNtech didn't do some sort of deal when they knew of those CF Shares that were to come to the market.
