Is there any Law that states that that "Break Free Fee" becomes null and void IF carried out by Accountants whom Advised a Co on such a deal and allowed It to be completed with there blessings. Those Accountants should be held responsable and made pay that fee If It becomes payable.

You get better advice on these BBs than All the Finance Professionals you have.

All the Positive Posters have dwindled down to yourself and a few others. I respect you for that because I was the same for many years. What exactly do you know/hear/see that's going to turn Valirx around. There are some very knowledgeable polite Posters on here that have given up. Remember all different statements from GM and Satu. Remember, Bloody Works, Crystallisation, Rapidly, Imminently, Arm full of Ndas,etc etc. IS Rapidly longer than 8 months?. Nothing has happened except the SP Is just about at an all time Low. Are you a member of the BOD and Know about something V Positive that's about to happen?. AIMOO.

Is all we seem to get. Always more questions than answers after any Rns. Never any update when funding Is required only when It's done and dusted and 50% to 70% is already dumped by the chosen Few on Whom? Yes you guessed It The SECOND HAND SHs. There Is no way that this Co should be allowed to consolidate AGAIN. IMO. Then carry on the same way again with Brand new Investors, SH SHs,etc. It's just Money for Old Rope. It will be I believe the third time for Valirx to do so. Valirx, GM, BOD, are getting used to It. IF It does Valirx can go on forever doing so. Producing nothing of Monetary Value as IS beginning to look like presently. A Ponzi Scheme. Apologies to them IF there signing any JV or Deal presently. From One Genuine Investor that has seen It all before being here 8 years. Without one word of discontentment about any other Co before Valirx. Please feel free to correct me on any of the above.
