JJ. The way I see It. With all the good news we are being told about how positive 401 and 201 are. The BOD have not shown the SHs or the Market anything conclusive or proof of any Partnership or Deal. We are being told that 401 Is sorted. If that's the case why Is there a problem with Informing the SHs and the Market of the who, where, when.
Is there Still confidentially Involved. With the state the Co Is Financially If there was that sort of Positive Information you would think that the BOD would be falling over themselves to get It out. AIMOO.

You need just over 1P to b/e. Lucky you. That's some comfort to lots of the LT SH SHs. I can't help feeling that If the sp rises to 1.1p you will be gone like a scalded cat. We will never know that though will we.

If the SP keeps dropping and the Valirx can't pay the penalties. Where do the lenders get their money back. Is It possible that without Intending to they wind up being Investors. IF, IF, that 401 Deal Is good enough And completed and something coming from 201, they maybe out of the woods as would be later stage Investors. Any realallity In the above?. AIMOO.

Valirx Need Finance, or a good deal on one of the compounds. IF, IF, IF, they have genuine Interest for 401 or 201, I Really don't know at this stage whether they have or not after yesterday's Rns. IS IT possible that the BOD feel that they are getting the runaround from the Interested parties (IF, IF, there Is Interested parties.) They went ahead and done this Finance deal to put the gun to the heads of those Interested (IF,IF, there are Interested parties.) Afterall The 401 Deal seems to be going on forever And no names were mentioned. IF,IF, Any of the compounds are of Any worth or of Interest to any Pharma they surely would be Valued at multies of the full amount of the future agreed Finance. That Finance deal can be shortened If so required IF the Deal Is completed for 401. I know posters though similar on other occasions but I believe we are at the very bottom on everything that's Important to Valirx right now. Otherwise you have to believe the Co have Nothing of any value or of any Interest to anybody except to someone like Mystic to make use of. Have Investors been and are being taken on sight seeing tour?. Maybe all the above Is complete BS. Anyway just another guess. AIMOO.

Are you one of the BOD?. There are some very respectful both pos and neg posters on this BB. You need to justify your What If and When and maybe predictions to them. You seem to be the Only positive poster on any board. Are you Invested?. What's your Average?.

And No Positives. Questions being asked, Novum and Cairn's Input?, Was there no other funding available?, Is there No 401 Deal? forthcoming?. Death Spiral returns, did It ever go away. Just asking. IMO.

Uncanny. All of the previous lenders got out as soon as they could and before they INVESTED the next time. What the BOD need to do Is produce That Deal for 401 If there Is one and for decent Money. Not a Mystic deal. The Co need to Sell or partner something for Cash. If the BOD had any Interest In the Loyal LT SH SHs they should have Invested that £1.2 ml between themselves on the Open Market . How do they expect to Chrystallise SH value If they don't do any of the above. AIMOO.

If they had Any Interest in restoring ShareHolder value. The complete BOD should have Invested the £1.2 ml between them in Valirx on the open Market. They have done well Salary wise for a long time. How Is It that with all the great compounds that the BOD say we have No Major Shareholder or Pharma of any consequence have put 1p Into Valirx. Hard to see any comeback for a very very long long time If ever from where we are today. That Is the luck of the draw. Feel as If I have been taken (So Far) though.
