AFAICR, whoever notified me, said that you had to put in a claim If you lost. It could have been funds that you may have had with Beauforts. It didn't concern me because they only had a Share Cert belonging to me. They Still notified me. It's funny that nobody on the BB has commented on it. AIMOO.

AFAICR In a Flyer that I got at the time of the Beaufort debacle. Can't remember whom It came from but there was a provision for compensation If your Investment was lost. Other posters maybe able to enlighten more.

I could has done so twice !!. IF the Co had a drug failure I'd have accepted It. One of the main reasons for a failure you build Into your decision. You Never expect to see such Unbelievable Fire Sale Placings when paying Professional Accountants and Advisors. I honestly thought that with a Co with top notch Scientists aboard and a treatment, Val 201 with No Chemo needed had to have some sort of future. You live, lose money and learn.
