Can the main SHs make a £2 offer for the remaining few after sweeping out all small holders over time at every drop. . Would seem unfair to LTSHs that have much higher averages. Great to see the BOD and large Investors compounding their belief In Faron with so many purchases. AIMOO

Just Asking, Would that Jerry CFO have overseen the ERGO Undeal?. Would It be Jerry that's Informing us on our present Financial position And Valirx present monthly Spend? IMO, The Share Cap Is not the Problem This Time. It Was the Last Twice. IT's the Share Price. The Share price dropped over 50% with the last whatever, Placing Undeal. Down 50% from .4P almost nothing . The SP IS .18P/.19P not 19P. So next Placing will see It getting Very close to having to Consolidate. IMO, Remember BOD are very generous with the discount when they do a placing. Overhang nearly gone!! Plenty more where those came from. IMO, Uncanny I'm beginning to believe that your doing a bit of a ramp. Is your Average fairly low and waiting on a Small Spike that will get you out?. Sadly for a lot of LTSHSHs as myself will have to wait a lot longer IF ever for Any return from This Co. Somebody In Authority will need to protect ALL the LTSHs Investment In this Co.. I have Never In twenty years Investing In the AIM seen so much LTSH Mega dilution In any Co that I have been Invested In. Valirx Is on It's knees Finance wise. The SH SHs know very little about Anything that Is/Might be going on In this/Our Co. Paying good money to Financial Advisors to complete deals like the EHGO one. I suppose they will have the neck to charge again for the Undoing of that deal.No excuse for The BOD not to Loan Valirx the £2m. FWIW on past performance I'm not expecting much news soon. Going on the last deal was progressing Rapidly. That's twelve months ago. What regulatory body would stop a Co's BOD on loaning their/Our Co a Life line. The won't be Investing. The will be Only Backing up In a meaningful way what they have being reporting on how the Valirx PLC Is progressing. A Good Deal Is needed or a loan from BOD. The SH SHs need to be brought up on where this Co stands with All ventures, Mystic?, What PH is Val201 at?. What exactly way is the Co Fixed as to EGHO, What about Geneice? Who Owns It now?. I agree the 3ml trade did look like a buy. What about all the large trades everyday and the SP rises a fraction. Congratulations on your low average. Won't be of much advantage to you in a 3rd dilution. Then again you can continue averaging down like the rest of us did over the years and your shares like many of us will be worth pittance. Those large Trades. Everybody happy with them?. The sequence they are traded?. Does It look as If they are been managed?. That Is , Controlled between .18?P .19P.? Getting ready for the next?. I leave It to yourselves to work out for whom. Did/Does the SP In any Co that you have seen remain at such a Consistent tight low SP and spread?. You were reasonably happy with the Information and rapport BOD, GM. Satu, at the AGM. Thanks again for sharing. I also appreciate that Bio Is slow. With all the presentations, RNSs and Information the BOD have Informed us of. All which seems positive. No mention of any Deal. Remember GM mentioning on video that Val 401 talks with 6 parties were moving Rapidly. That was 1 year ago. Am I being unfair In thinking Rapidly would be at the latest 3 months. Statements as those and "Bloody Works" doesn't help In future presentations. Any wonder even the most positive posters turn sour and see nothing new In Any further presentations. SP .185SP From 65P. LTSHs diluted to very near oblivion. Leaves one with the Impression here we go again. Present again to the new lot to be diluted. The new lot of SH SHs to buy the next Firesale Placing from the almost Immediately dumped Placing. That's what has always happened. That ERGO Undeal diluted my last average down (Got In At the Bottom again ) by more than 50% on top on the % on the Gross. Just the same as many here. Who were the Professionals that agreed constructed this Undeal?. The Valirx SP has never Held on any Rise for very long. Because traders guessed from Past performances from the Valirx BOD there will be plenty again at a lower SP and plenty of Discount. After all the Firesale placings that this Co has done. Our Investment should be protected by the Authorities. AIMOO.

A lot of my friends suffer from PC, Father in Law died from.Two of my close friends suffer and two brothers in law. Compounds seem OK on what you gleaned from the AGM and In the RNSs. No Real Investor or Investment though It seems. . IF there was the BOD would be out straight away to tell the Market because It would be the First Proper Investment In the Co. We thought EHGO were. See where that Investment got Us the SH SHs Investors. What way did It affect the BOD, GM. Satu,??. I could go on . Is everyone on this BB happy with the Running of this Co Valirx PLC??. How or why the SP manages to hover around .19P with So many large trades?. Investors
averaging down again?. Is their many traders getting 5/10% profit less fees?.

Before anyone says, Why don't you contact Valirx. I did. When I put It to Valirx by Email. That Efficacy was mentioned earlier In Interviews. In their latest report at that time all that was mentioned was Val 201 was safe for patients to use and the dosing still being managed. In response. I was Informed that that 1,11 trial was not an Efficacy trial. The trial was for Safety and Tolerability. I responded that I thought that seeing that preliminary Efficacy was seen earlier, It would have being very Important to mention. I got no reply to that opinion. Then again maybe they weren't allowed mention It In that Trial. Open to correction. AIMOO.

Having a bargy over on ADVFN with Paradise. K9P saying the regulatory types and others say It works. Does K9P mean that their saying that Val 201 Is safe and does no harm?. No mention of a teeny bit of Efficacy?. Satu mentioned It on that Video I mentioned earlier. He's also talking about the SFO and FCA. Wonder what's all that about?. Read yourselves and get It Verbatim. One thing I know IS. I'm down a load of money and I'm not one bit happy with the Way the Professionals of Valirx PLC has raised Funds. Re, FireSale placings at desperate Discounts, EHGO UnDeal. I'm also not one bit happy about the Beaufort Debacle. IMO. Did they give a much higher SP buy recommendation on the morning of a much lower afternoon placing?? That again decimated my Share Holding along with the Firesale Placings. IS It fair that Shs lose their Investment this way?. Afterall We all know how risky the AIM Is and the Even more Risky Small Bio sector. Open to be corrected as always. AIMOO.
