Some years ago Major Pharmas commented that the were closing their R+D departments and be on the look/buyout small promising oncology Bios. Reading on BBs some of those small bios have been lucky enough to have on going Funding from them.
Some are waiting to hear If those Fundings or a Partnership, Tie up, spoken about will be completed. AFAIK, the Funding ended end of H1. Would one think that allowing that those Funding Pharmas would be In the loop (Inside)of knowing how good and what stage the compounds are at?. Would one think that If what they saw was very promising. They would jump In and conclude whatever Deal etc before that time ran out?. Again just wondering what Is to stop the Major Pharma gleaning whatever they can that may be of benefit to them on some similar compound that they themselves may be working on?. Cheap way of doing R+D?. Surely the Major Pharmas would still maintain a small Lab and whatever they may glean their Lab Techs can then use. No need to fund or buy outside?. Can you really protect your IP. Remember there is So many Clinical/Pre/Phs etc going on many different compounds and diseases. That like the music Industry where some songs written are so close that It takes High Courts to settle which IS the original. Could the same case be considered when It comes to the closeness of a Bio Co compounds IPs. Can you really Protect?. AIMOO.

You will be relieved to hear I'm sure. Consider this. IF the BOD don't loan £2+ml to Valirx until the Co gets a good money enhancing deal. You can as you wish keep averaging down. That can only happen for a short time more as the SP keeps Dropping with the constant dumping of the placing shares. Yes you will have loads/Millions of shares. Now consider this. Do the Math as the Americans say. The Consolidation. Divide your millions of shares by say 125. That's the figure the last one was done at. I don't know the amount the 1st one was done at, (as I was a Caught on the last one only). You think that's OK. you'll still keep averaging down. You will be unknowingly thinking In the Past.In that you Won't be getting the same bang for your buck as before. You will be getting less shares for more £££. Don't pay any attention to the New SP x 125 because It will be Only you that will continuing to do your averaging down at that SP. You can see from Valirx that that never works for very long SP wise (65P to .17). Well that's what happened to this LT SH SH. Any wonder Why No member of the BOD bought any Serious amount of Shares In Valirx In the Co. That they keep telling us of the great progress with the compounds. The talking to the boys and girls of the Pharmas etc. The Compounds may be great. You can only go on what has being reported. HAVE the BOD ever produced any sort of SP enhancing news that was seen by the market as positive?.
Sorry for the neg again. IMO IF any of the above had happened the SP would be a lot stronger and a feeling that Valirx Is going places. AIMOO.

Do patients Have to be treated with steroids for their cancer before being treated with any other treatment anyway. OR does It mean that It's disappointing that So many people/patients are using steroids In daily life for bodybuilding or other. With the result that It reduces the amount of people with cancer that can be treated with Traukamine.

I was for over 5 years. Because about 3 years ago Investors heard about Important news being "Imminent". Just over 1 year ago Investors heard from GM that a Deal was being spoken about with 6 parties and progressing "Rapidly". IMO since then Investors have heard nothing solid Funding wise In a non decimating way. I will be positive Again when I hear that one of the mentioned Is fulfilled or a Serious Investment by Y N W to salvage Valirx from the record breaking All time Low .175P SP. The BOD, GM, Satu should have a long time ago taken control of the Financial situation Themselves without Any prompting . I don't mean by the IMO forced upon them Pittance £10K Investments. But then again That would be asking too much when they Keep taking a Large Salary + Rises+Bonuses. A Bonus for what the likes of the EHGO deal?. FWIW, that's my opinion and Consolidation Is just around the Corner IF not. Finally IS this Valirx 3rd consolidation?. Look what the last consolidation has done. Reduced the Value each time of SHs equity. Some like me to almost Nothing despite averaging down further around a month ago. Sorry for the negs Again. Good Morning, I was positive for about 5.5 years. Every LTH has been looking for news from Valirx for a long time to end the never ending dropping SP. There IS nothing to do so. I have been posting endlessly On Positive action by the BOD that should end that. Right, say there IS no Fund raise or Fire Sale Placing(IF there IS that's what It will be Again). What positive news Is coming before the end of the year that will change sentiment and the send SP upwards for Valirx ?. DID anyone hear of a deal been signed off on?. No positives AFAIK?. Negatives?. Tiny one, how many Shares will be added to the SC to pay off EHGO penalty agreement?. What has Valirx gained from that deal? Nothing?. There has been 2 consolidations So far. The last one AFAICR was at a higher SP than today's. A Given that there was more shares In issue at that time. The Value that this Management put on shares and the way they use them, It won't be very long until consolidation No3. Nothing Is going to stop the BOD from carrying on the same as before. So Scooby I wouldn't be getting too excited If I were you. Imminent, Rapidly doesn't happen with Valirx. Great Idea double up and counteract the dilution. Exactly what a lot of th SH SHs did many times before and After the last consolidation. Remember to keep some cash back for to Quadruple up after the next Consolidation that will come. Remember SP IS .175P. NOT 17P. AIMOO.

the very same as a lot of SH SHs In this Co, Valirx. Repeat, I've been Investing In the AIM for 20 years and have Never posted before on Any BB of any Co I was Invested In. I have Never made or had reason to make Any sort of complaint to Any Authority Ever. I first posted on this BB a couple of years before as Dracula. I lost my log In details so hence Dracula 1 since '17. The reason I started posting was there was some very obnoxious posters always bad mouthing Valirx and the BOD. I had DMOR Into the Co and thought that the Doctors/Scientists/BOD/ Solicitors had Top class credentials and a world of experience. The compound at the time was Val201. A compound that would be hopefully be a treatment for prostate cancer Without the need for Chemo. Then a couple of years after that I noticed things happening repeatedly. Like Fire Sale Bucket Shop Placings at desperate Discounts etc. There always seemed to be more questions than answers when any news was reported by the Co. As one long gone substantial Investor use to say to me after some RNSs "they were as clear as mud". The things that the obnoxious Posters were saying about the BOD seemed to be happening.
The Proof. It's there. Take for Instance a minor one. Read the 28th Friday Equity Issue RNS Claiming to "manage It's working capital Carefully. Then a serious one, A deal with EHGO, A no deal with EHGO +penalty £212+K. IS this "Managing It's working capital carefully". Are Investors Funds protected ??. Exactly same feeling here. FWIW, IMO, One of the BOD saw and wanted Valirx as a Co to be traded. So what chance for LTSHS that buy the Dumped placings and Are the Only Real Investors in Valirx. AIMOO.

BB, Isn't that really what It's all comes down to. The SP, when you Invest In any Co. My Investment after 8 years Is worth almost nothing. When you try to be logical when hearing by RNSs that all compounds are doing well. NO failures, but when you see No decent Investment By any BOD member, Instatu,Pharma you have to wonder Why?. IF there was. Valirx would have proper financing and there would be Confidence, Sentiment, Positivity, for Investors to Invest In. etc AIMOO.

My thoughts are for another Investor who like myself Invested a large amount In Valirx over the years only to see our Investment So far dwindle to almost nothing. After Investing In a Placing and In a lot of the Dumped Placings shares. IMO.

Thanks for the update and also for taking the time to do both. Have you any Idea how much money Valirx have for to keep them going. You have to take Into consideration the £212+K penalty due to EHGO. Which Unless the BOD are not taking Any salaries and little needed In running the Co. It leaves very little IMO.
