Cobus Loots, CEO of Pan African Resources, on delivering sector-leading returns for shareholders. Watch the video here.
sorry CforC,Im not saying you didn't buy them,I said I could not see evidence of the transactions ,until just now, good luck to you.
Morning Willec, where can I see evidence of the 20 mill share transaction yesterday, were they bought on the open market, could the buyer be BPC ,every share they buy is one less they have to issue and they would get the benefit of the conversion discount.I now believe this merger will go ahead and as such have upped my holding,I now live in hope Ive done the right thing !
just watched proactive interview,,sickening,,Potter has no regard for us, just wants our income
just read their rns and it seems to me we are just being used as a cash cow with our producing and about to be producing assets to fund their skint company
Commenting on the Merger, Simon Potter, Chief Executive Officer of BPC, said:In one bold step we have given ourselves a production base in Trinidad from which to generate cash.
I don't like the sound of that!
thought Tony had gone to Lekoil
The Merger values the entire issued and ((( to be issued share capital)))) of Columbus at approximately £25.1 million. is the BOD about to award themselves a bag full of shares at our expense to give themselves a nice pay packet as we merge?
((( in respect of termination payments to Columbus executives,))bet these won't be small change either!
definitely a sell out IMHO.......markets don't seem to like it either.
that has just put a cap on what our SP could reach in the next 3 months and BPC has already dropped 10% on this announcement are we being sold out?
surely if SWP is so good why don't we wait for results and command more?
thought we were worth a lot more than that
sorry, its President thats raising millions
has it got anything to do with Predator raising millions
I notice we made the top risers and fallers list again today, we're 3rd........
biggest looser over the whole market
its soul destroying, we get diluted and the sp drops 30% in two days, thought we were on the way up.Time the management stepped up and earned their keep
back to 3.01 now but looking promising
IG now want 3.19
Bamps, thanks for your reply, always a pleasure to read your informed views.
does difficult in hole conditions mean the oil was washing the sands into the hole that fast that we could not pump it away quick enough, bodes good if the oil wants to get out that desperately?
I'm going to top up if I can get them below 3.3p
even if the sp doubles overnight we will only be where we were 15 months ago, whats the chance of it going up multiples of the current sp on good news?
IG showing 12% rise
looks to me like they have not sold any shares but have a smaller percentage due to us issuing some (0.9%) on the 17th,in fact they look like they have 3 million more now, correct me if I'm wrong
