If I had to look into the crystal ball, I'd say a JV partner is likely on the horizon. The delay in fracking for Empire feels more like a strategic pause, probably tied to ongoing negotiations and a temporary hold on major spending. If that’s the case, we could be looking at partnership announcement soon. Just a hunch ;)

@Derrik. Now that is very basic view and it does not take into account variables like gas composition or atmospheric conditions. From what I understand, a red flame generally indicates a "rich" burn—meaning there's more fuel than oxygen in the mix. This incomplete combustion results in lower temperatures and a redder flame due to unburned hydrocarbons. In contrast, a yellow or blue flame tends to suggest a "leaner" burn, where there's less fuel and more complete combustion, leading to higher temperatures and a cleaner flame.

There was a flare on March 3, but it was underwhelming—likely the smallest heat signature observed so far. And it was burning hot high, which suggests very low flow rates. My view is that they’re now soaking the well in the hope that conditions will improve over time, but realistically, it seems more like a delay tactic while they prepare to communicate disappointing results.

Recent satellite imagery also indicates that the site is not currently active. It appears Falcon did not participate in this well, which was the right decision in hindsight. This is still a setback for everyone involved in the Beetaloo Basin. At this stage, the only remaining hope lies with Empire’s well, which is the only active play right now. Hopefully, they can achieve reasonable flow rates.

It is also noticeable that he is tired but remains upbeat and positive. I suspect he may have just returned from the long trip and did not have chance to recover. I am very excited to see where Empire will take us in the next 3 months

What I believe is missing is a clear mid- to long-term plan. If there is one, it hasn’t been made public. Any investment bank would need to see it before proceeding, but for some reason, they’re keeping it under wraps. That’s fine, but it seems to me that the goal might be for Falcone to become a lease holder and farm out a percentage of the lease to potential oil and gas companies. I think the opposite is true—we know too much. If you look at the company without digging too deep, you'll see it's actually hollow, with no real strategy or end game.

This isn't the pivot I expected; it's blatant dilution. Without a real shakeup in leadership, the stock price will keep spiraling down, no matter where it's listed or what the company is called. I predict the US listing will be a disaster for the current stockholders, with BS taking over right as current long term holders left with the bag of sh...t.

Maintaining a company just to stay afloat isn't a growth strategy. It might have made sense when the goal was to sell, but now, it's clear that no one will invest in a struggling entity with dwindling resources. Without a bold, strategic pivot, this company is on a slow path to closure.

Wow, we just hit what I believe is the all-time lowest price for Falcon stock. In over 15 years of following this stock, I've never seen the price drop this low. I was going to get back in when I saw the stock price drop to around .08 US$ but now I am not even considering going back, as it appears it needs miracle to recover.
