Many thanks for your thoughtful post. To answer your question about the statement by TM of making a deal within 1/2 years was done in interview. I vividly remember his face and his words. I made the big investment decision after watching that interview. I thought when a CEO is so confident to make deal within 1/2 years then it must be very positive. However, today is 2026 and nothing has happened.

People like you would like to see the rosy picture. However, in real life, the picture is not as rosy as you dream. History shows that. In 2015 our great scientist TM told there would be a deal within 1/2 year. Now 2026, what did that achieved? When they signed the contract with Sierra about 737, should not they monitor whether Sierra is progressing or sitting on top of that just to buy time so that the asset becomes worthless. I am not sure which field you work. I am very sure if you work in a pharmaceutical company and made all these blunders, definitely you will loose your job. Whereas here they are rewarding themselves with a huge bonus. What a practical joke is this?

Many thanks for your wonderful post with lots of information. I am very sure this trio will not sign anything till they are about to get kicked by some HNWI. They are thinking that they are invincible and want to milk their lifestyle with this lifestyle company. They just need to look at what happened to Satu and George of Val. A similar thing will also happen here. Just a matter of time unless things will change drastically here.

Please take note that I do not have any hidden agenda. I also wish SAR to succeed so that we can get some return to our investment. However I am in a firm belief that it will not happen under this trio as their main objective is to milk the company to maintain their lifestyle. Until new blood is injected, nothing will happen. I am also believe that new blood will be injected near future. Some of the HNWI are regularly reading this board and they will step in when the time is right. Time will tell you everything. So the trio can keep on milking till that happens.

Now you are trying to feel the truth. I have been telling you guys that this is a life style company and they will keep on milking with loads of b*****t till someone comes forward and gives them a kick of their life time. I am very sure it will happen here one day like it had happened in Val with George and Satu. It is just a matter of time only. Every mishap happens here is very meticulously planned by this trio so they can keep milking it much longer. I am very sure one of the HNWI will come forward to save SAR if there is anything left.

I think that is a very good summary. All of us need to understand that this trip will maintain the SAR to maintain their lifestyle. Nothing is going to happen till some new blood like a HNWI come forward to take control of SAR.

Surprise surprise surprise. They keep on removing my post for a very mysterious reason. Probably no one is allowed to question the very best SAR's BOD's business acumen. They probably know that it is going to pan and they will keep on milking as long as they can. Hope our HNWI are reading this posts and do something to save their and our investment.

Please be assured that there will be no agreement by this trio in the near future or in SAR's lifetime. Something may happen if one of the HNWI takes imitative to kick this trio and take control of SAR. Hope that will happen sooner rather than later until they dilute the company to death again to maintain their life style. LSE should investigate this type of life style company for their performance and lots of false promise.

Please show me one instance where the trio took any action for the benefit of share holders. It is their lifestyle company and they want to keep on milking it till someone come forward and give them a kick. I am very sure someone will be loosing his/her job many times if he/she c***k up so many decisions. Hope one of the HNWI will come forward to give them a kick and take control of SAR.

I am very sure the trio will NOT sign any contract as it becomes their lifestyle company. They will keep on milking the company as long as they want till someone stands up take some action like it happened for Satu and George in Val. I am very sure they will follow the same path.

I agree with your assessment. I think FAB is now in a very good bargaining position rather than just sign whatever NCI wants. This is definitely a very good sign.

The Tri will milk SAR till its death to maintain their lifestyle. If anyone still got the illusion that they will make a deal will probably wait another unlimited years. Did they achieve anything to enhance the sp of SAR? Will be they have their job in private sector if they s***d so many things. Very sure they will loose their job long time before where as here they are getting bonus. What a practical joke this SAR. LSE should investigate this type of company.
