Many thanks for your thoughtful post. I do not think the SAR Trio are interested and believes that SAR has a good future. If they are really interested and have good confidence, then a simple question is why they are not taking 50% of their salary and bonus as a share option. That will boost a huge confidence to shareholders. As I said many times, our only hope is one of the HNWI to come forward take control and salvage if there is any value left to make any deal.

It is life style company for the Trios. They are only after their good salary, bonus and pension. They will keep on milking this company till a HNWI come forward and give them a kick of their lifetime. There will be lots of abusive poster after this post as most of them live in a dreamland, which will not materialise.

It seems Val is about to close the shop as they could not raise any funds in the market. Now they choose a share placement through the current shareholder. Probably, they will not get enough funding to run the company anymore, as most of the shareholders know their lies and have burned their hands very badly. Hope our SAR Trio are not following a similar route, keep running the company with good salary, bonus and pension till the pension age and then let it burst due to not enough funds like Val.

Whether you like or not the Trio are after their salary, bonus and pension as long the show could continue. They will hang a lots of hope in front of us to keep our mouths shut. The message to the Trio is just to look what happened with Val and get a lesson for them. Our only hope is HNWI to salvage if there is any value left to materialize.

However, if the SAR Trio got something wonderful to sell, then the big pharma executives are not so dumb to pick up in early stage at a lower price. It will be the same next year like jam tomorrow since it has been happening in last 23 years with a good salary, bonus and pension. As long as these are maintained then everything will be fine. I challenge the SAR Trio to take part of their salary as share option or invest some of their own money in SAR if they think that they have something wonderful to sell. I am very sure they will not do it. The only thing you will put another abusive post towards me. As I said many times, our only hope is rescued by the HNWI.

Please take note that the Trio will not sign any deal even if anyone approaches SAR. They will keep on drawing their salary, bonus and pension with the continuation of dilution. After that, they slowly disappear one at a time. Whereas all of us will be hoping that they will sign a deal. Please be assured that the Trio managed to give a very Good Spin yesterday and now a lots of PI are on their side. Well done the Trio for the magic trick. However, the truth is it will be the same as usual with big discounted placings to raise funds to maintain good salary, bonus and very good pension for their very comfortable lifestyle. Those with very tinted glass about SAR and the Trio. Please look at the market reaction about the RNS. The Trio will keep this floating till their pension pot is full and then slowly disappear one at a time, making all of us as fools.
