Fully agree with your thought. IF managed to exchange with share means both IF and DSM about the full confidence in BH submission. BH being a China man would not spend so much if they did not see the future is bright. Next few months will be very significant in PXS history. It may the repetition of EU 13.5 approval scenario.

Looks like something very +ve is brewing up. New production run and DSM is currently holding 11% of PXS. Let's BH to make an offer at 28P and then DSM make the counter offer of 48P. Let's the ball rolling
