At the moment they are mainly posting about the contract (PSC) that was initially signed with Petro China many years ago and certain Mongolian individuals, obviously claiming it was corruption. A recent post was ref blocks 19 and 21 (PC's), reading between the lines that Mongolia has not and does not benefit from the oil that is exported. I posted against it and stated why are you trying to block Mongolian company PM who would if allowed to extract the oil would be making revenue for the locals, why was she fighting this, obviously she won't reply to the comment. Another post questioned the same thing about Matad soum - not sure if this was from Hamm - but what was interesting in the reply back was that - (and not from one of the normal activists ) - its scumbags like you that our people are now given away their land. That tells me that its all been agreed, well that is what i took out of it. Cannot see how the activists are pro Matad, just think there's a change in their actions, more now the PSC with Petro China

Looks like Dornod governor who was originally anti Petro China and Petro Matad has changed sides. Activist is not happy with him. Think now that he will be looking after Dornods budget and not Central government he knows which side his breads buttered. He knows he will be held responsible by locals more so than anything. IMO I think we are finally getting the locals onside. Hopefully a RNS soon, but a few more days of SP increases won't hurt. ATB everyone hope our patience is due to be paid off

WOS, yes i know you did say in your post, but was good to get it confirmed, but we shouldn't have to be asking the question. PM should of posted on their Twitter page and stated we will be attending the Responsible Mining. How much does it cost for one little Twitter (X) just to keep investors in the loop. I do believe that all is coming good, but doesn't distract from the fact the communications coming out of PM or lack of is appalling and i hold Buck responsible for that and in my eyes due to his arrogance.

It is appalling if he isn't there or a representative of PM. IMO it is more important he/PM are there to sort out local issues, and mix and meet people than attending the Mining Conference recently.
