I don't recall the short position being particularly big? Thought in the region of 70m - which in the grand scheme of things isn't that significant. Wouldn't expect the share price to rocket, even when that is closed out. Face it - unlikely to get meaningful (and importantly sustained growth) until we move past the 5% and/or Newcrest deigns to put out an updated resource estimate & confirms what we all already know (that Hav will be mined).

*Obv good results at other targets would move the needle - but don't think we're expecting results any time soon?

It's a positive RNS, but not expecting this to move markets - it's quite an obscure issue

@Freddie. GGP is a exploration co. in the process of transitioning to a miner/ producer. There is a clear plan to delivering shareholder value - built on the foundation of Havieron, and getting ore out of the ground, within the next few years. What more needs explaining.

@Paul if the share price is causing you stress, perhaps this isn't the share for you

I generally don't post on the board, but do follow it reasonably closely. Would disagree strongly with your opinion that posters are rampers flogging this investment as 'get rich quick'. IMO very clear in the discussions that this is a LTH and value ultimately won't begin to properly reflect in the SP until it moves into production (hopefully) be that end of '23 or later.

I Don't think GGP would be coming in at 95mil. In a fairly recent interview when Shaun was asked about what he would do with the funds once an agreement is reached, and spilt it out speaking at a high level on what would be done with the 'first 50mil, second 50mil, and third 50 mil'. This would suggest to me GGP want a 3 figure sum (no less than 150m). Obviously just speculating, but if they came in at 95 I imagine the deal would have been done months ago.

Both Labour and Conservatives largely supprotive of nuclear. Thousands of well paying jobs, not in London. Unions tend to be pro nuclear.

It was such an irrelevant tweet, given the gold is currently 1km below the surface and not coming out in the immediate future.
