Not saying they should, but many companies (and probably most in the mining sector) are geared to some extent while issuing dividends.

Meanwhile the price of gold strengthens meaning more cash sitting in the bank. The reduced guidance/ higher AISC are only really a risk if gold plummets. Keep this up for a year and once we get to the required amount for Havieron they should just do a special div or small buyback - we're not really positioned for taking anyone over, and it gets to a point where spending more isn't going to speed things along any further in a way that makes economical sense. They're also drilling the heck out of existing land so don't really need to spend more there either.

It's RAB - the payments will start later this year. Decommissioning is funded through the RAB - so shareholders in 80 years time won't suddenly be on the hook

In absence of a crystal ball, retail investors would do well to not try to time entry and exit by trying to forecast every peak and trough - inevitably they'll lose out. If it's a good stock, with strong fundamentals that's undervalued - diamond hands will generally prosper.

Market cap is higher now than it was then, and patient holders will be rewarded further in due course. Paper hands will pay the price

ASX is a step up in terms of general corporate governance, reporting requirements etc, so I guess long term a move away from AIM to the main market would at least be simpler (I don't think there's much additional they'd have to do that they wouldn't already on ASX). As long as they continue to list at all in the UK though I imagine that will suit most of us - don't really know of any credible platforms in the UK that let you trade on ASX without picking up the phone...
