Wolves you pay your fees to be in the CWU which some of the money goes to thre Labour Party yet you vote Tory if you had a Labour Party in power you would have more chance of winning this dispute rightly or wrongly

Yes I am labour and weather I do OT during the week or not is not going to effect this strike one way or another. Also why did Dave Ward not put a ban on OT in which case I wouldn’t have worked it

Ispy it’s not a complete mess 1 vacancy not filled which mean the round goes out every other day no one has come in on their day of and no one has come in on a strike day but everyone is booking OT when they are at work I booked 6 hours last week some book more some book less we did have an OT ban but it got lifted 4 weeks ago

Wolves I agree with what you say I personally don’t think I will get it my manager told me there are couple in our office he wants rid of . Who are pretty useless so he said their would go before me and that went for the other 3 who want to take VR wish I had been crap at my job I might have stood a chance

Arsenal you are right the business will need to change but that’s why the redundancy situation will be voluntary because when they do change a lot of people will want to leave I work in an office of 17 4 of us want VR I’m going in 8 months anyway VR or no VR

Ispy I’ve no doubt your job is safe but would you still want to be a postman if new terms and conditions come in and you have to start later and all the other things you will lose . Not looking for a augment just a general question

Teslo you are right about the OT forget ST banning OT that is what Dave Ward should have done that would have brought this strike to a head . Without the OT being done the service RM provide would be a cluster duck but while people are doing the OT this strike could go on indefinitely because most postman are not losing any money it’s now I case of who blinks first. Ps When I say most postman I can only go by the 3 offices I know about
