RE: NCYT midcap company21 Jul 2020 12:37
Look, I'm just as frustrated as most of you - I had a six figure holding that gave me six figure return. Knowing what I do about GM he is building a company with a strong foundation - he probably never expected this 'opportunity' to come round so quickly. I don't believe he is too worried about the SP and thats frustrating to investors who in the large part are looking for a quick return.
I've reduced my holding for now because my feeling is we wont get the regular news driven sentiment that will drive up the SP so typical of AIM shares and partially because I had other 'mining' opportunities that are at the fore of my attention. I will be ploughing profits back in soon for a longer term hold. If your not interested in company building then I strongly suggest you move on at the earliest opportunity more to save your anxiety and stress than anything else.
Lets not forget the share price was 16p on the 28th Jan, so in 6 months we have 16 bagged to where we are now that's not bad going, but obviously if you have bought in recently at the highs then I understand your frustration. We must also bear in mind the company is typical of those who all of a sudden are thrown into the spotlight and are having to change how they operate at pace and at scale - many don't do that transition well and it takes time to become a slick operating machine.
I'd take a little time out to think about why you are here, what you want and if this is the right place for you to be ...
