I actually thought I'd found him on the i3e board (not a ramp believe me - it just relisted) - dude called magnus just created a profile a week a go and was posting multiple times a day and with the words, tone of voice and miss-spellings ... just like the 'major'.

Interestingly the appeal will take years to complete and UBS have nothing to pay until that is done ... storm in a teacup according to Reuters. I worked out at Deutsche Bank on Wall Street a few years back - they had 600 ongoing active investigations. Oh and 9cm forgot to mention that UBS turned down a 1.1 billion euro settlement - now thats interesting.
