When i contacted PD a few months back I was told they don’t announce anything until the Gov do first (where they are involved). Either not allowed to due to NDA or somas not to ‘pre-empt’ their pay master ...

Jacob works for PD - I have asked questions of him in the past. I’m not sure what the hullabaloo is over the Winterplex test - it was asked for across all relevant manufacturers via the crowd sourcing ‘crowdicity’ site months back. Jacob answered then challenge on behalf of PD back then saying they are working on a solution. This is all the public domain - I previously tweeted about it.

I'd also expect anyone who has access to the data room would also not be able to accumulate stock on the open market having signed the relevant NDA - this BoD along with UBS know how this game is played.

Fully agree gmf - as a very large long term holder myself, nothing has changed and the BoD will continue to deliver the best deal possible (the reality is they haven’t let us down yet - you can’t say that of many AIM companies). It’s unfortunate Covid struck at the same time as our deal ‘year’ resulting with palladium to be in the balance this year for the first time since 2011 there is every expectation that this will ‘restored’ to deficit once again middle of next year. This gives any buyer the time to prepare and there will be no hurry to shovel the stuff up from the ground.

I too have been adding regularly to my holding and tho the gains from here are diminishing, I have a certainty to this share that I don’t have to worry about the sp fluctuations and ‘lack’ of information.

Its a pattern though and does feel like its been traded on a regular basis - how and by whom with no real news, I don't know.
