I believe the 'blue boxes' are all Credit Suisse funds under the funds image on the right. The red boxes are are all BlackRock funds (iShares is a BlackRock brand) in the right hand image. The left hand image simply shows the institutions (which own the funds). Both images list additions to holdings.

There was no 'leak' from the Telegram team (just bloodhound investigation and research) - they through translation, found information published on public facing Russian websites of the relevant official Russian bodies involved in the licence transfer. EUA hasn't been involved at this stage of the process so there is no need for them to inform anyone just yet.

You do realise these activities are logged by the relevant Russian bodies on their public websites, so if you understand Russian and know where to look its just a question of monitoring. Thats whats happening in the Telegram group.
