Correct and as a reminder all EUA assets are held in Russian subsidiaries - Kremlin previously said if you are foreign company thinking of leaving them hand over to your Russian subsidiaries and these will be left in tact until you return … obvious disclaimer that the Kremlin can change their minds based on fluid situation etc …

The intrigue is with the directors from Caracal Gold #GCAT onboard at Terra Rara UK Ltd. Tho the company was registered at Companies House after the announcement from DISH seems slightly odd. But with Caracal garnering lots of positive support and sentiment in their market recently, having two of their directors involved seems a positive.
