From the 17th April, looks like a sell.

I think it’s more likely to go down over the next 4 months, settle for a while and then start going back up again in anticipation of some decent news.

This share is like a tyre with a slow leak, it goes down…..down until it’s so deflated it then gets pumped back up again.

Of those people who went to the presentation, did anyone nail down the reason why Glencore sold their massive share of a multi billion dollar asset for just $15 million?

I'm pretty sure it will open well up, it might even stay up by the end of the day, but I reckon there's good chance it will be lower than today's SP by the end of the week. There is currently such a disconnect between the the market cap and the value of the asset that adding a potential few $billion to the NAV right now isn't going to make any difference to the SP, unless there is real tangible progress. Unfortunately it's going to be Jam for at least the next 6 months.

Personally I don’t think the number of shares in issue will have any effect on the share price. Sentiment will have the biggest effect in the short term and right now that could go either up or down.

When Glencore had 43% it may have presented commercial challenges going forward, but it also provided some reassurances that ultimately true value would be achieved.

I agree, if the share price goes up, it will make taking the company private more expensive and subsequently less likely. If the price stays around this level for the next 6 to 12 months, that will be a concern. Never underestimate the power of greed and the opportunity that the people in control have. What is their incentive for keeping a relatively small percentage of private investors on board? This should be a genuine concern, rather than head in the sand stuff.

Why would Marty recently spending £315k on shares at 4.1p preclude him from being part of a group to acquire the remaining shares currently held by private investors? (on the cheap!)

It doesn’t own the shares we own! The question is by what mechanism and at what price they acquire them, bearing in mind the number of voting rights a collective bunch of mates have.

The spread is wide at the moment, MM’s clearly unsure whether the price wants to go up or down. Now would be a good time to release a RNS to give it some direction.

I agree, the current BOD together with the new investors have the financial clout to take this private, also with Glencore going, roughly 75% of the voting rights will be in their control facilitating such a move. Surely any squeezing out of private investors would occur whilst the price is down at this level not at 60p? If there is a lack of news over the next 12 months driving the price up, that scenario will be a concern for me.

I don’t know what others thought, from the interview I don’t get the impression they will be selling up the company any time soon. It looks like they want to add more value first. The talk of now having 12 months working capital certainly supports this.

Clearly the market likes the news.

I suspect the price of 4.1p was agreed with Glencore at the end of last year beginning of this year when the proposed investors event was announced, back then the price was around 5p.

Price at the moment seems to be holding up reasonably well. I think people can see the names of the heavy hitters coming on board and taking comfort from that.

Looking at the other prices paid around the same time, that 500k looks like a buy to me.

If the shareholder meeting is off and say we get a Monday 7am RNS informing us of this, I wonder how the company would spin it when leaving the announcement so late! Very interesting.

Well, if it’s definitely not happening we would have heard by now. Clearly they are working on something significant. What would be interesting is if we don’t hear anything by tomorrow’s close.
