25000 AT sell spotted

Can't trust the company to predict outcome ahead of time. confidence is gone. so need to factor that in.

125-136p area might be where this settles.

Upside here only 175p so 20p from where sp is right now. so not much upside. could see a bounce up to 167p. but first a drop to 130s possible?

So post acquisition share price may have already been hit at 320p. that may be as good as it gets. maybe see that at end of year but between now and then is a long time.

Been 2 weeks now and still no flow rate RNS. will be into March next week. if there were issues I think we would have heard something by now. thats not to say the flow rates will be good when we get them just have to wait and see.

V.good UT trade at the end there. 40p. considering there was a 333,593 sell at 38p today I think that was a good close!

take away some of the selling pressure then theres hope this can head towards 50p. there isn't alot of resistance from here at 40p. sp is now below where it was when covid struck surely some upside potential from here..

How do you know the value of shareholder's equity will be decimated?

Oil price just touched the 1st resistance at 78.75 WTI.

More shares to be issued at a premium imo. no dilution at all. if offered cheap shares in a placing take them up!

Maybe some resistance at the 200DMA. I reduced at 253.5p

Small dilution 10% yes. but shares paid for at above the current share price. i.e. at a premium. key word "accretive".

Consolidation just changes the number of shares in issue. it does not dilute. you still own the same % of the shares. dilution is when new shares are issued and you don't participate in buying any of said new shares.
