So primary bid closed already. over subscribed. no mention of what the scaling back was. and some existing investors can't now apply now its closed me included.

So one way to look at this is that it should not drop the mcap by more than 20%. but then there are new shares placed at discount but in safe hands? i.e. IIs. they aren't likely to flip for small gains imo.

The only new cost is the side track at just under £2m. at x4 the cost of sand blasting but hopefully gives better results.

mcap at close today around £10m. £2m is 20% of that.

its 5.137m shares at 0.05p not 5p.

I guess the sand jetting was tried as its a relatively cheap option vs side track.

so they want to raise £2.6m but how much of this will go to retail via primary bid. 10%? thats 260k so if 200 investors take up offer then thats £1.3K each. min subscription is £500. I guess theres not point in applying for big amounts say 5 or 10K as likely its oversubscribed and there could be max of £1.3K per investor. Think i'll apply for 3K but not sure if I should wait till tomorrow. Don't think the price will drop below 0.05p.

Massive disappointment and on several fronts. this offer is at 28% discount to yesterday's closing price of 0.07. wish they had done it last week when the sp was 0.09

my broker ii says in offer price per new share is GBP0.0007 (0.07 pence). Think that is wrong it 0.05

BTFATH1 just bought some Harbour Energy just before the close. Oil price dropped to 78 WTI which is support area hopefully.

WTI dropped to 78 bang on LSE close at 4:30. watch the bar stewards now take it back up this evening to 80!
