why are they including the share buyback as a shareholder return? buy backs did nothing to the sp!

how do you know you will have 10% extra shares? you might get less shares than you expect if oversubscribed.

looking at the technicals theres a few resistance points if its to get back above £3. I think it went to about 328p a month or so ago. but right now the oil price is dropping and its unknown how far it'll drop.
