when do we get news of allocations in the placing? I applied via my broker. just put in a £ amount without knowing what the price per share was.

yes i think you're right, no consolidation. shares were suspended at 0.18p?
there were 1527.61m shares in issue. but in the new entity there will be 10,503.77 million by my estimates. new shares placed at 0.11p. a 0.30p open would be big gain for new shareholders but not so great an increase from 0.18p

taking into account 10:1 consolidation, maybe 2p? this is just guess work.
existing shareholders to hold 20% of the new entity?
say 742m shares at 2p = £15m mcap. 2p/1.1p = 80% profit for new shareholders?
