The shareholder presentation and Q&A, which would have taken place at the AGM, will be held as a separate event by Webinar.

i think you're right. so just wait for non-draft Pathfinder Document to be released before EAGM. plenty of time for that before EAGM if its on 24th as expected.

I don't think PrimaryBid will close until some time after Pathfinder Document non-draft is released. that could be soon. then maybe 24 or 48 hrs later PrimaryBid will then close. Pathfinder Document will be published on the company's website.
we don't know date of EAGM that will be in the document. draft has null entries for dates etc.

Primary Bid awaiting the final AIM admission document to email out to placees prior to closing. Primary Bid is only part of the overall fund raise. some comments circulating that primary bid failed to raise anywhere near the £6m anybody asked the company Beacon Energy?

most oil stocks down 5% today. UKOG doing better but not enough buying volume to move the sp much.

sp and oil dropping like a lead zeppelin.

its been almost a week now. ii have got several K of my money locked up. stocks down today after bank failure in the US.

RNS out. on track for drilling by end of month. wish I had some spare cash.

is there an earnings update on 23rd? its less than 2 weeks away. then week after that drilling starts.

lots of shares dropped today. volume is low even that 10m sell at the open was enough to move the sp. MMs need to drop the sp to fill their boots before the next rise.
