ohh right so once again treated us like mugs, waiting to hear if TSX listing has been approved in Sept but just casually drops into a email to one person on here when they ask that it'll be Q2 2021 before listing as he wants to book the revenue/profits from this and next Qtr to make the SP look good when listing. No official announcement that no point expecting TSX news ! and sorry sounds a bullsheeeeiiiitt reason to me, the SP will be bolstered/increase as each of the Qtr revenue is announced so no need to delay listing for that. Other companies don't do it that way. I now think he's a crook myself...its all bull**** and cant even be bothered to let people here know officially...scumbag
Opens more questions than answers
1\What's happening to TSX listing which was expected to be done and and dusted by September (6 month windows expiry)
2\ "wish to conduct financials Q4 2020 and Q1 2021" so? what does this mean, that they're not going to list till after this ?
3\ What exchange has CIC listed on and who are the clients
4\'which' instead of 'touch' I presume?
4\WeChat ? pictures do not butter ones parsnips...
well that was to a different exchange and in the past now, but point well made regardless. We were expecting to hear the all clear from Regulators for the TSX back in September of this year and nothing so far
no, listing was supposed to be around September !
that must be some complicated update !!
Must be some update ! most people could write one in 15minutes !!
24 Dec 2019: We withdrew our original prospectus (due to the increased corporate activity) and refiled a new prospectus. This is now available on SEDAR (Canadian Portal). This is now a very advanced prospectus as had a few readings from regulators and adjustments. The updated prospectus was required as CIC was elevated to Their 2 Investment by TSX.
Kindest Regards
Stuart J. Bromley
We refiled a new prospectus CIC Capital Ltd on 23 Dec 2019 with the increased revenue (fundamental change). So we have three months to get it approved or new application.
The reading, reply and response is advanced. Once approved we need to go through the TSX review so a way to go yet. Basically you follow regulator and exchange time lines, all you can do is respond.
If successful CIC Capital will the the first advisory firm on the TSX.
Also on the 3 January 2020, CIC received approval and business license for Luxembourg Securitisation. Extremely difficult to obtain and we are the only smallish company to be granted securitisation approval. This is where a lot of deal flow and revenues will be driven from.
since then (other than accounts) ?
lost track a bit here, is there not supposed to be a decision by the Canada regulator on the submission within 6 months, which is up sometime Sept ? Is that right...
old site
feck knows how go read half of that....
The board believe that the "Inspirit Charger " is over 50% compatible for the marine engine application
OR
At least 40% non-compatible currently, so will require major re-design work....just my 2 cents and happy to be proven wrong...but...
I mean the companies that are using CICCapital's services, they'll be posting any IPO plans now
Who's gonna want to do a floatation (IPO) now? Who's gonna invest during a time which at best looks like will be a bad recession if not a full on depression. Stuart's wasted the whole bull cycle fannying around jumping from exchange to exchange trying to get his model accepted...the sand has run out on this one...game over..
so do most think next piece of news (when it comes) will be that we're listing in next 24-48 hrs ?
supposedly we do it up to 300 times a day without realising...still think social distancing, or even better isolating is far better..
exactly what I was thinking just before i read your post ! though could be 2-3 weeks before the markets start to turn so you never know, just depends on how the US handles things..
Diddy - you know that's never going to happen 99% of the time, that's why companies get away with it. If you lost £££ on the old CICC then it's gone mate....just have to hope same thing don't happen again but cant see it ...
