The sp very much does matter to. Riiverfort. They have pre agreed a price of 1.02 for 2m cash handover. If they sell below this figure they lose money. Only on subsequent smaller cash advances is there any benefit to push the price down as the price is not yet fixed. So a period of either stable price around 1.10 to allow 2m to pass through or other news pushes price up allowing for quicker laundry.

Do a dummy sell to get the real prices. Currently 2.10 to sell so I think all those are buys.

That was just my B&I. Difference in the 2 ‘sells’ is just the stamp duty cost of the purchase back into my ISA.

Maybe. Could also be a delayed sell that's been feeding all these large buys. Certainly the SP reflects a ready source of shares. Irrespective looking good for continued growth.
