I think the RNS was to cover any 'loose' talk from Vlad at the conference. If asked current status he would otherwise have released information that had not been first provided to shareholders. So yes basically pointless, just underlines the need for the placing to cover this minor overrun from previous expectations. Just a little more patience needed.

No real effort composing RNS updates and these are cut & paste of previous

No involvement with SRA737 as have been excluded

Limited 1802 work as 1801 is the priority....but that's in the clinic and due to above inability to issue status updates we infer no news is good news and second guess the current cycle

So I wonder how they are spending their time ?

I too think RF have divested all their current shares. I think the sells last week were director option sells. With the depressed SP RF need to be topped up to recover their £2m plus the first £300k additional; which was due a week ago. That's a wopping circa 1.25m additional shares. Hoping for a cunning plan to rescue this. An opportunity for some to build their pot but for those that need to sell it's the worst deal ever.

Also of interest here is the 2m shares were sold well below the initial placing price meaning RF need to be topped up with a significant number for them to recover their £2m. Has this happened yet ....would have expected an RNS to state how much further dilution is required to settle. Why the delay ?

One sell and 2 buys. Could this be the RF completing the 2m shares or something else ?

Does anyone know when Sareum have to grant RF additional shares to cover the gap as most were sold well below the original placing price. Quite a few to give

Buys easily exceeding sells today and strangely no major matching RF sells either during or end of day. That said I believe RF have at least 300k shares remaining to divest so touch and go whether all will hit the market before their coffers are replenished with £300k more.

Sadly I recall Naheed using the ‘Soon’ term in relation to better times once too often. A plan is a document outlining deliverables, resources including cash required and a timeline to meet the desired end state. Nope not seen one of those either. How will they recover lost confidence in their shareholder base ?

according to my *** packet calls of counting the nice round number sells plus the occasional after hrs ones, today we tipped over the 1m shares divested, approx £850k. it’s todate a controlled selling programme.

Maybe. Just buys massively exceeded sells in pm and it all needs to balence out at some point. A few days like today will eat into the remaining RF wedge and once gone the shackles will be off

Contrary to the doom and gloom characters, RF appear to be matching buys and slowly divesting their 2m shares in a controlled rather than dumping manner. Any rise seems to be clipped back and currently it’s stable around this level. A rough tally would be 800k shares placed into the market over last 20 odd days. At this rate late Oct looks a promising month for the sp to rise on the normal market activity and not be held back by their sells......unless other events intervene.

Maths prof may be right on getting extra shares on price drop. Typical complex wording in RNS makes it hard to fathom. I have seen Riverfort deals elsewhere. It’s expensive money and loaded in their favour and I’m struggling to see the logic of the path taken. We need positive news next week to get through the selling with minimal pain.
