Certainly wouldn’t mind a 5% special dividend, or smaller regular dividends, but all in good time. I’m here for capital growth up to £20 (maybe £25 😉) then I sell half, and as you say, a dividend would be most welcome after, of course, they have maximised the growth opportunities in Telfer, Hav and anything else they can rustle up on our own land, hub and spoke, acquisitions etc etc
