I agree the reason Odx hasn't yet seen the Ncyt rise is that it's technology is 2nd generation.
However it's a poorly kept secret that the government are going to order millions of tests.
Remember they set up the consortium in the first place.

I firmly believe a whole raft of testing companies including Ncyt have a lot more to offer in terms of upside and am not selling any.

I'm afraid it's symptomatic of a proliferation of Professors putting forward their views as if they know best but quite often with an agenda.
This is magnified by lazy journalists who make a story without doing much if any research.
