Just wondering does anyone have anything factual or new or beneficial to say about EVE Sleep PLC?
Not much new news to found via recent internet searching!

Sure it all helps to get EVE to profitability.

Wyn it is just me or do you dish the shares before you consider buying in and talk the business up once your in and until you sell your holding to get a profit?

.... and more or less following the trajectory of a previous DFS takeover when they began in Feb or March 2014 ( was that the year) and listening the companies products prior to a takeover in the August.
Wyn, this is just the usual Summer Sale EVE have been doing - DFS prices are not selling as low in their sale so there is no evidence whatsoever EVE have reduced their prices ( in fact since May they have increased most of the retail prices on the big ticket items).

Yes D-G definitely a good sign with DFS stocking more EVE products and one could guess they must be finding EVE products to be selling or why would they have increased the range?

So with DFS now stocking the bulk of EVE big items and DFS having their own in-house delivery network..... it seems logically a takeover from DFS would be able to cut delivery costs in UK regions, possible benefit from the history of EVE annual losses via tax brakes and introducing new lines via EVE plus being able to cut staff and director costs if they do wished — DFS may possible be interested as one of a possible number of entities in acquiring EVE?
Note this is just logically speculation on my part though.

..... so hopefully EVE received a large injection of cash from DFS when they supplied all theses additional new Bedframes direct to DFS warehouses ( where DFS take on the delivery of such sales themselves).

.... oh —— and DFS are also now listing The Dutton bed frame and The Minimal bed frame too. Excellent news.
( Would be even better to see a trial of some EVE lines onto the DFS Spain website maybe?

D-G ( and others) after last nights DFS blip when site was not working I see now DFS have added the EVE storage bed to their ever increasing EVE stocked products. This must surely be a good sign? :)

So after trying a dummy buy on EVE website I sent this to CC:-

As a shareholder for a few years now I’m hoping the business is moving forward with the strategic planning there; after the stress and disappointment of not yet reaching sustainable profitability.
Just to highlight regarding high discounting as it’s been mentioned previously as one of the factors preventing/slowing sustainable profitability (if we don’t get to sustainable profitability the business will not survive) so on a practice buying of the 50% discounted mattress in the Summer Sale I noticed at the point of checkout after all discount illustrated a pop up offers to then check the internet for additional discount ‘codes’ - which did then provide a further £50off the already 50% off mattress. So my point is that in the case of heavily discounted products would it not be beneficial to not allow additional discount codes to be acceptable under certain conditions such as already highly discounted (e.g. 50% off) promotions? Perhaps a bit of technical tweaking on the EVE website could prevent this?
Hopefully this idea was worth mentioning.

Hopefully just a false alarm as on trying other DFS products, even sofas I just get a message ‘Whoops’ The link you have followed may be broken, or the page may have been removed. So perhaps their webpage is down at the moment or perhaps it’s my internet connection ( but internet working fine for other sites)!

Just noticed all the EVE products on the DFS UK website are not working this evening - perhaps a blip in the system or have DFS taken off the EVE mattresses and bed frame?
If so what does this mean?

428,164 buy at 9:08 and then 428,164 sell at 10:59 - did someone change their mind?

Trust Pilot review numbers creeping up (11507 presently). Seems the Summer Sale has people buying steadily. Would be nice to hear a more positive Trading Update.

Or all the good and appreciated research you do and post D-G such as the Steve Davies video :)

I suppose we have to expect some sellers in order for their to be enough shares for those who are buying :)
