TP reviews taking bit of a downturn presently D-G ( its a pity they have not got perfection sorted once and for all) but the same two main issues of concern by the bad reviews either relate to DX delivery bad experience and/or difficultly contacting EVE ( chat not working, slow and/or perceived uncaring response, no phone number)!

Wonder did Wyn get caught here now on the SP not going as expected like the rest of us?
Why did SP not move up today like it did yesterday. Where does the herd suddenly appear from and the disappear too? Do they just go around every stock?

Well I shall point out EVE are ‘sold out’ of both the entire CBD oil range and indeed the Morphee ( children’s and the adults model).
Would be good to see them back in stock!

Very confusing but we longer term holders probably should not talk the SP down!

So why are buyers piling in? Very confusing!

SP should never have fallen as low as it did!
Hope it pushes up quickly.

Also it provides a security blanket if one is holding under the 40p mark. Plus also provides a good indication that at present 20p levels there could be a good buying opportunity now ( but as always dyor as SP could slide lower than 20p too!)

Gosh Wyn! There is no RNS news as yet so like the time of the DFS uptrend it may just all fall away today here - but even if it can ‘hold’ would have some benefit.

I looked at AVCT but don’t like pharmaceutical companies so not for me - though there may well be money to be made there.

In general I like the issue of shares being conditional on reaching certain SP levels - ( wish this idea was compulsory for management to award themselves shares in all companies) but I suspect in this case the long 2025 date and/or the 40p bottom level being set to low —- could have been set at better dates/levels!

I’m not sure what the ‘investor’ as opposed to a ‘full buyer’ of EVE or being able to continue ‘onwards as a going concern alone’ possibilities are.
At the AGM ( just a week or so before the FSP announcement - so they must have known of the FSP at that time) the board did ask for a resolution to issue up to 1/3 more shares to raise funds - but 1/3 of 175 million at 1p would not raise much!
I can’t decide if this FSP is a smart move due to the fact the BOD anticipates a buyer such as DFS ( as this has been the MO previously by DFS) or the BOD just want to push as quickly as possible into expanding to become the worlds 1st Digital Sleep business?
I think whatever happens this has been terrible ‘marketing’ to the holding shareholders!

Except we just don’t know the present situation with EVE?
If it goes to a vote situation to accept some sort of buyout EVE really need to tell the shareholders everything so we can make an informed choice.
