It’s tough D-G. I trusted everything they said when at 5.5p and now look where we are?
If one looks at the 2022 March presentation and trusts everything CC promised to get the core business to breakeven/profitability this year!
Then the ambiguous RNS & TU should we trust the FSP which advises it may not disclose anything nor even amount to anything?
At this point within the year with sales apparently improving will there be some new news we should now all trust? Such as oh forget about the FSP we now on track to profitability again?
Or oh we on track to profitability but we are going to sell the business for a song and there is nothing shareholders can do about it?

Because there is so much secrecy built into this FSP can shareholders trust the EVE board ( though it seems there is no choice) to choose the very best deal for shareholders?
What we will not be told could be every bit or more important as what we get asked to vote on!
Will it be a bit like turkeys voting for Christmas without the turkeys being informed there is a country of vegetarians who would welcome the turkeys for Christmas?

It looks from the number of TP reviews ( unfortunately not all are good - delivery issues & trying to communicate with EVE raising its head again - can these issues not be fixed?) but it seems the number of sales are improving. Just hope there is some profit to add to cash in the bank?

If you watch some of the most recent presentations Heedless, CC goes into quite a lot of detail of the plans to move EVE further into Sleep Wellness via 3 different streams - mental, physical and medical was it? Digital too so guess.
Anyway from beginning from mattresses only - the such thinks as duvets etc all can help to assist ones sleeping —— etc etc?

I think the whole desire for a cash inject either via a new investor or new owner is so EVE can push ahead to become the worlds 1st digital sleep wellness company!
Don’t forget the additional website by EVE - The Well Slept Club - which is packed with information from sleep experts to assist Sleep Wellness ( only problem is it’s a free to the consumer website and although presumably costs EVE quite a lot - it’s not creating revenue so how can it remain sustainable?
I don’t think the EVE vrs costs pricing structure is working presently and urgently requires overhauling!

Such an offer could end up being a nightmare!

With the recent changes to the EVE website ( I noticed the word ‘Shopify’ appearing during the changes so perhaps that’s the website ready to easily add additional countries in such as Belgium. They did say in the June RNS that Belgium was ready to go in June!

Also seems to be an IPad instead of discount so I’m thinking not everyone will want an iPad and would rather have a discount!
EVE definitely have some good discounts presently in their summer sale - just hope there is enough profit for the business too!

How can such promotions yield a profit?
A big issue raised be EVE is the high discounting having serious impact on getting to profitability - all the mattress business in this sector will be struggling with the same issue - is it a race to the bottom?

Rather a big EVE sale beginning today then. Minimum 40% off all mattresses and most bed frame 20% off. They may sell a lot more but is there enough of a profit margin to make it worthwhile?

AFC seem to highlight lots of promising potential but do they have scalable product market fit on the horizon even??

That rallies with my research too - a bit like going fishing and you just going to see what you could catch even though you not particularly hungry.
If you only get a few bites or a small fish it doesn't matter that much as you can throw it back. But you may just happen to catch a big fish ?? that you would want to keep!
