Princess and the pea
I must be Eve's pickiest customer. Yet, they still offered me top notch customer service. Katie, in particular, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I bought 3 mattresses from Eve and 1 from Emma. The Emma mattress was returned straight away. I found all the Eve mattresses to be of superior quality. I settled on the refurbished premium mattress and returned the other 2. I also asked for an additional mattress cover. I imagined poor Katie on the other end, rolling her eyes in exasperation. But if she was annoyed, she never let on. She handled my requests quickly and was very friendly throughout! Their customer service is amazing and their products are dreamy as well. They really understand it can take time to find the prefect mattress, and are happy to assist you along the journey. Brilliant company!!
