Yeap D-G but initially the 1p share price stemmed from the sell off by Neill Woodford stock at 1p each. Prior to this think EVE was somewhere between 15 and 27p. Then the share raise at a discount of 10p a share was in there somewhere too with Paul Pindar (amongst others) buying 10 million shares at 10p.
Then CC has a good opportunity to begin the rebuild with a lot of cash in the bank and good stock holding —— and today we are!!!

Just when James Sturrock held the CEO power position it was stated EVE should limit advertising spending to no more than 50% of profit revenue coming in!

When EVE had the 8.3 million cash I suggested a cautions approach and to maybe save some cash as the 2 months July & August 21 EVE actually increased cash at the bank by 600k - it seemed they were eventually making progress. The next update was the shockingly reduction in cash to 4.5 million and I did suggest a new CEO! At the presentation in Jan 2021 CC assured all was going ok and they had factored in 2022 and CC still assured break even ( though she said she wasn’t sure how) - they reassured everyone again in the March 2022 presentation (they would obviously have known the back balance whilst giving the March presentation—- feel totally deliberately mislead here!

Couple of decent buys here today a 100,000 a 250,000 in what must be a cheap share under 10p!

The plan was always to be a patient investor but with the sudden and totally unexpected FSP announcement on 6th June ( just watch the EVE March presentation to investors to see what I mean) that option seems no longer a possibility?
Forced to see out at a low price or equally as bad EVE go completely bust —- from 8.3 million till now —— how do the directors sleep at night ——- provably a lot better than any longer 2 years plus investors here!

For longer loyal longer term shareholders; you think so? With averages above 12p area?
Shame on this experienced bod!

Whenever, and if, news arrives on Thursday or any other day - the EVE directors with there claimed experience should never have been permitted to put EVE into the position it is now - did the CFO not see the cash running down - unbelievably disappointed in the directors who were meant to be cautions and manage our shares!
I hope at least they feel ashamed at their management!

Absolutely disgraceful the much highlighted experience board did not have a business plan suggesting all their spending would bring EVE to such a bad situation!
Looking on the website the core products now appear to be quietly disappearing or being sold until sold out at very high discounts.
So new owners maybe just want the core business without the fluff!

Exactly the same here Yanis - listened and believed CC & TP in all the webinars etc - how can they justify what they have said that has obviously mislead some here. I doubt we will even get an apology!

Having a recognised and quality brand as EVE then for an experienced board of directors to start off with 8.3 million in cash plus stock and highlight their rebuild strategy and now to be where we are —- a new board should have been brought in way before we found ourselves here!
I wonder where has the 4.5 million on cash stated in January all gone?

Current management seem to be doing an extremely poor job by simply Running cash in the bank down!

.... and it’s possible the news of Carlisle Airport reopening plans should get the SP back above the 10p levels too.

Carlisle district airport had only been open 6 months before Covid came so the decided to close until now, its virtually a brand new airport. Good news than ESKEN are now indicating plans to reopen.

With SP hoovering around 8p the net company assets are of around equivalent value. A little bit of ‘good news’ here such as becoming profitable again should assist SP recovery.

Also Wyn —- when EVE got a second chance and had 8.3 million in cash was it not an obligation on CC & Co to move forward with caution - and yet it was spend spend spend — if it wasn’t in the stock market this behaviour may be illegal!

Wyn; regarding what the BOD tells publicly to shareholders— just wondering when does it become downright ‘misleading?’
Just look at all the information made public by the EVE bod this past 2 years and compare what was said to where we are??????
