Is EVE Sleep in terminal decline because of CC & Co? That’s a more recent question with as yet Unknown answer?
Definitely the record shows the EVE SP has been in decline for a while now; but who knows?

Buying into EVE after the 1st injection of cash and with patience in mind Why - this seemed a safe place for investors but instead of steady gains and with the unfulfilled but continual promises this has gone down 10x from the what appeared a safe 6p level in the course of a few years.
How has this one gone so bad?

I’m looking at future energies as the global crises makes clean energy a likely candidate compared to the bad C02 emissions candidates such as oil companies and nuclear I think carries too much risk!
I hope we continue to meet on other bulletin boards D-G. I’m based over in Northern Ireland and think you are based on my favourite city to visit in UK which is Bristol.

All well and good D-G in a company making profits but in a continual ( despite promises) very very big loss making business????????

I really believed funds ‘invested’ here were safe at 5.5 p or so.
Now I have no idea and feel utterly mislead by management over past 2 years. Would have liked to just hold on with EVE shares but as it’s doubtful CC & Co will get us alone to profitability it’s just too high a risk to leave everything in here. You at least have AVCT is it as a recovery if this goes pear shaped ( which should never of been on the cards with decent and cautions management) but it has tested my patience to beyond breaking point so thought it better to derisk some capital ( at a very big loss). But I honestly now do not know if holding or selling some/all or buying more to lower average is the best thing to do here.
I’m disgusted EVE management have put longer term shareholders into this situation and they can just claim ‘ it’s only business’.

Gosh no not all out D-G but around 25 % now invested elsewhere just in case. Hated doing so but no longer have much trust in a CEO who lets cash go from 8.3 million to possible 600k at end of June
- with no certainty a buyer will be prepared to pay more than a fraction of a penny here!

No don’t keep your head down D-G. I value your opinion. I just derisked all here ( sadly on the RNS published rather than continual belief in CCs words) but if all goes belly up ( and an absolute disgrace on CC & Co if it does) just want to have a tiny chance of rebuilding the original investment here in EVE. Had high hopes for Sleep Wellness for the general public only it seems to be managed badly?

I had the save faith as you D-G but the latest RNS has dented my optimism here and my belief CC & Co have not just been ???????

I actually sold HE1 shares to go into EVE thinking it was a safer option ( since HE1 climbed at one point to 26p odd) and it appears CC has virtually bankrupted us longer loyal ( believed in EVE philosophy) shareholders - and CC who’s responsibility was to shareholder may just shrug and say it’s only business.

.... and all the sales of 26.6 million revenue have amounts to zero profits.
It would appear EVE would have been financially better off it they had just not traded for 2 years with no staff, no sales and no directors; go figure?

CC and Co spent from 8.3 million cash to 4.5 million last year. And now from 4.5 million to 1.5 million cash (plus possibly a further 900k bank loan).
How can any board of directors justify this - when it could have been very slow steady profits dripping onto the 8.3 million cash balance!

Just take today and watch the Shareholder presentations given by CC and TP since mid 2000 —- then compare the fiction to the fact of the recent RNS!
