They did say talking to investors and potential partners re funding. But yes they need cash soon and can’t confirm how much it will cost to get approval as don’t actually know what the issues are until the meeting

The point here is if the pubs full you can’t really talk about operations, do what you want, but don’t try to blame others for the price dropping. People make their own choices right? Have a look at the agenda for the AGM and make your own mind up.

Yes I know I went to it. Filled with everyone from London after work drinks. Point here is it doesn’t cost a lot to hire a room, set out some chairs and lay on some hot drinks. You need to attract investors.

Called the pub meeting a few days ago and got shot down by everyone.....Anyway, I’ll be emailing Rory back with my disappointment of having to discuss operations with BOD members in the Frizroy Pub, it’s just not professional nor does it scream out we can pull

Like I said I'm a holder and its only fair we talk about the positives and negatives as a group. If I'm challenged on my posts, like you see below, I can back them up with the facts.
I have no reason to deramp as that would kill my profits. I've challenged the BOD also
I don't mind a raise if they bring lots of deals over the line, point here is they need one before end of Q1. Just saying a pub lunch for question time with BOD members isn't the best, neither is meeting at 8am in the worst place to get to in London, for a potential 100m business, you'd expect to see something better. Unless they fancy a game of darts with a bowl of cheese and onion crisps. :)

Over 300 companies at Percy Street. Which is why when Rory mentioned the shareholder meeting was in a pub near their office I thought he was making it up. I’m not sure why he’s currently in charge of comms and PR, another issue they need to ‘address’ before launch.

IMO, They basically have 3 weeks to launch this product off before the AGM and shareholder meeting In March. I can’t seem them leaving later than that unless they want to face some awkward questions.
The potential is huge here, but the licence (ALM) has taken nearly 6 months to get over the line, which makes me think the launch will be delayed slightly. Expecting Rory to confirm this shareholder meeting this week!

I do yes. But the BOD of ALM are now the BOD of Alpha.

Last placing of £400,000 was for the transaction and transfer of ALM. However;
“The Company has, today, signed an agreement for the acquisition of ALM for total consideration of £1”
So what happened to the rest?

Agree on that, they have enough cash for about 5 months.
If they do a placing and say “for growth” I doubt it will be taken very well as they said that the last time and there hasn’t been any growth!

They need to start releasing some news! All this waiting around is putting doubt in many holders minds. If they do a placing it’s game over. Can get away with one before a deal, but two?
Rory said he would release details of the investor meeting last week, still waiting to hear back, I will definitively be going even if it’s in a “local pub”.....with no PR department the BOD must be getting bombarded with emails. Surely they need to sort this issue to create a successful launch!?
Massive potential but they do need to start delivering ASAP or the weak will just move on.
