Ok on that basis you are saying “buying shares in Flybe now will give him a role in the NEW company” my point again. The bit in brackets says “other than the registration of the transfer of the Scheme Shares to Connect Airways pursuant to the Scheme” so I read that as you obt in for the new shares, deadline day Flybe shares get cancelled and your new shares become active. My point right there. People can’t understand the RNS. Just assuming you’d get 1p and that’s it. Maybe it’s like every other takeover and you are offered new shares to accept the deal.
Everyone will just vote no rather than getting a tiny amount back from your investment.
Plus dispute or not, you don’t invest 760k knowing you’ve lost most of it instantly. Just saying it’s not over yet.

Ok so no shareholder in the world would take that as an offer and just vote no. Wouldn’t be in the BODs interest. Go into admin. That’s what I’m saying there’s more to this....remember shareholder options haven’t been announced.

Yes exactly. New shares. I won’t keep going on about it but the re registration doesn’t mean you won’t be apart of it. Been involved in but outs twice. , both times offered the cash sum, in this case 1por the option to transfer your existing shares to the new company. Hence the part in the RNS. And yes it will mean Flybe shares cancelled, as you’ve either transferred or sold them. Nobody buys 760kbat 3.60 odd knowing he’s getting offered just 1p... just maybe think about him gaining new shares from the deal

Just get replies of copying and pasting the RNS again, why’s thst part in brackets?? Plus why is an ex employee buying 760k odd at this stage. Maybe he’s seen this part of the RNS and understands it!!?? And gets 760k new shares, thus being a major shareholder in the new company!

No BOD expects shareholders to vote yes on such a stupid offer.
Perk of transferring them to the new scheme you might. Just food for thought. Study some past buy outs and see what happened to the shares.

If everyone thinks the BOD expect people to roll over on a 1p offer then you are crazy. People are picking up these shares to be able to transfer them over to the new scheme. Why else buy 14k worth at 3p knowing it’s a 1p takeover. The new scheme will be part of a massive JV with the key market players. Cyprus is back on tourists minds. The RNS says delisting and re registration!!!

If you’ve opted in to take connect shares they last day of trading it transfers over. My Superdrug shares went to kingfisher on the takeover. I was given 2p a share or 1.5p new shares on the scheme. Took the new scheme.

They would offer you 1p to sell or transfer them over to the new scheme trading as connect airways. You can’t have the bod taking all the money and leave shareholders with nothing. It will be a transfer scheme to ensure the holders agree the deal. Come on peeps! As if the bod think we will accept 1p

Plus if Flybe sit within the JV they can’t not exist can they? It’s a JV takeover.

People have seen that in the RNS and have snap these shares up. That to many reads opt in for the transfer and continue trading as Connect Airways, also says “Flybe sit within” don’t obt in your get zero. Obt in you get the joys it brings. If it didn’t mean that it would have tanked below 1p

Says delisting and re registration. As connect. Don’t take the option your shares are cancelled. Anybody else see that?
