Last rns states report to court before the end of January 2021. It also states, further update to all stakeholders will be posted on RNS shortly thereafter. Shortly after!! Ha aka months and months later. This is becoming a joke now

Well it’s not on AIM for a start, it’s main market.

I’m disappointed really. Clearly the board have had our pants pulled down for such a long time. It’s alright pumping millions into operations and assets but in the end if they aren’t worth what you claim this is what happens. Plus he suspended the shares “based on late accounts” and issued the liquidation rns way before this update.

Yes I’m fully aware mate. But if it was looking good you would nt class it as “doubtful” means prob not enough to pay creditors and shareholders etc looking at the books and assets at first glance. Have a read of what doubtful solvency means.

Yeah very strange to have engaged JOLs and the court case adjourned. To me that sounds like an out of court settlement. Maybe Green Gas just caved and allowed it to go through. I'm guessing....guessing because BOD cant be bothered to make any comments, or if they cant, JOLS giving a proper update on what's going on.

What's everyone thoughts on an out of court settlement? As in case adjourned as they reached agreement to go ahead with JOL's? As cant see why that RNS came out if court wasn't heard.
