I have not seen any discussion of the offer that was made to cabin crew last night for a redundancy package, effective from the end of September, at a level above statutory minimum. I do not have specific details but I know it is not as high as the previous redundancy packages, but it is better than was originally thought. Any implications for sp?

there is a major problem with the communications. it is not this rns in isolation. it is the series of rns(s) which have been counterproductive. the need to learn.

great rns, but without figures on capacity, orders and sales to support it, it has little impact. When will they ever learn? What has been a frustration is becoming a habitual symptom of communication weakness.

at least it is up!!! the history of rns(s) without figures is otherwise.

i agree that the core is fantastic, but the problem is with the PR. 5 bombing rns(s) even although they contained great news, but they did not have the specific details on manufacturing capacity, orders, and sales. Great in otherways but naïve in that respect, time after time after time.
