Dai, very much a US company, after ownership changes over the years & the new Irl government policy changes, their latest energy security review, the war in Ukraine, Ryanstein out & the actual legality of the right to develop. Of course Trump overshadows the gov thinking & its good timing to green light LNG import, but the judicary & planning system are "relatively" independent. See link.

Well apart from the jobs, the taxes, frack free, the energy security, much lower CO2 emissions, its cheaper & allows all the AI data centers you can eat, yeah, apart from all that, absolutely nothing !!! :-)

Hi Flombo, to me, re-gassification means heating it up from -162 C liquid form to ambient flowing methane gas. Plus this decision saves the state a projected €600M 10 yr expenditure, probably double that for an civil service waste & delays. Chess pieces are moving fast. GLA, donalb

F&M :-) there is room for all in the lng/gas bed & Ireland might as well ramp up the AI CO2 use in Ireland & keep its huge advantages, as chasing it elsewhere. But they do really need to expand heat re-use networks, into the surrounding towns & cities. Funny if there was huge news soon.

Thanks Nick, had 6 pints so other eyes are important :-) My newer thinking is best to compare 5th to 10th to 15th, as they are all for the same satellite, so most comparable regarding pass time of day & angles.
