Well we have had a great run over the last few years.

I have held this share for many years. I think we have all missed the boat. World oil demand and supply are now out of balance. Russia, Saudi Arabia and America are now protecting their own producers and in the short term prices are going lower. Here's to another 10 years of holding BPC.

Scampthedog, Many thanks for your analysis of the American situation. Our greatest allies are The USA. The promoters of free trade are the USA. The country that has more free trade arrangements with other countries are the USA Unfortunately the Chinese being very clever have outfoxed the west and in particular the USA.. China has not honored that policy in the same way. The stealing of world technology has been rampant by China. What recourse of action does any country have against China?None. The West suffers huge unemployment and trade imbalances. We pay for the cheap Chinese goods with our economies collapsing and our countrymen unemployed.

Hi lospeculatore, The article was a share tip in the weekend daily mail several years ago. On the Monday following the tip all hell broke lose with the share price. Up to that point I was way behind on the share, due to me averaging down constantly. I believe the share has tremendous opportunity but we are in a funny old market at the moment.

We all wait in hope. Everyone thought this was potentially such a flyer . Cleared my large holding when the newspaper article appeared out of the blue. I am still a holder but of free stock. Maybe the new dawn is just around the corner, Who knows, I for sure don't.
