I really do think it's a question when with the nomad. Hopefully they can do it before deadline to avoid any more negative sentiment. There's so many rubbish companies on Aim, with so many questionable directors. It's would be bizarre if Mwana couldn't get a nomad.
http://www.asx.com.au/asxpdf/20131029/pdf/42kdbrqs0blvn6.pdf still trying to decide which zones to flow test. Acquisitions part looks quite interesting though.
well...when your down this much, it's just nice to see something happening. Even if it's just another straw to clutch at. I'll take anything at the moment :) As for poker and casino, you can't really expect a companies this size to be developing there own poker/casino program. Most betting companies don't produce all their software in house. Even the big ones.
To be honest, I only looked at it quickly this morning, I thought it was £10K a month at the time. Even £350k a year is more than I was expecting though :) It would be be nice to see the app!! one day! Has anyone here used ipromarkets before? Whats that like?...and is it still up and running?
good to see the mobile app finally ready. Theres also a little bit on patential revenue. Richard Lawson, Chairman of Ramsgate Football Club - "Our target is to generate a four figure sum each and every month" Which doesn't seem much, but if Worldlink can get 20 or 30 teams to sign up, that would be make them quite a lot. better than I was expecting anyway.
yup. still in and enjoying every minute :) I think the Chryson RNS is a little confusing, but there seems to be more to the deal than just the link up with saxo....couldn't they of done that without Chryson?. The RNS suggests taking part of Worldlink's business..."to create a new entity to operate alongside Chryson's established business". Also on Chryson's website it says, "keep up to date in real time with the Chryson live feed....coming soon" Which makes me think they might me doing something with iProMarkets....or something like that. Shame we haven't got more info about the JV.
I don't really see that side of business adding significant value anyway. If it's doing well or not, it's only worth a relatively small amount. The only real way we are going to see 20-30p (8-12m mk cap) again is success with the licensing/patents. ...... it would be interesting to see what Bet Butler are paying for their license....and chryson???
Before the issue they had a mk cap of around £3.5m + £3m debt (@15p) and now the mk cap is £6.5m. So the value of the company is the same, the only real effect is reducing the upside......but on the other hand the risk is significantly reduced as well (not going bust). One major positive is that I'm pretty confident they'll at least make it to the court cases now. which has been one of my main concerns. As long as they make it to the cases then nothing else really matters to me. If they win the SP will still go through the roof anyway.......and if they lose, then so be it. Maybe City Index saw the debt and thought they would never get to court either. Maybe they'll have to rethink things :) (sorry, being too optimistic today)
I think it just shows the City Index are unsure about the patents (like many others). why would you pay out a huge amount of money to/for worldlink if thats the case. You might as well pay a relatively small amount extra and go to court. I'm sure it would be different if there had already been a test case. shame Worldspreads has gone, as they are the only spreadbetting company I've seen that said the patents were valid..............but that might just of been PR speak :)
At least they are only doing white label stuff at the moment, so the main risks are taken by other companies. Which is probably for the best when you see what happened to Worldspreads. I can't see that making too much money, though. I mean, how much does just introducing someone to another company actually make? I guess it works if you have a good brand name (which they don't) The Mobile apps for Betbulter and Chryson sound a little more promising. It Will be interesting to see what they are like. Betbulter next month? however, as we all know, it is really all down to the patents anyway. So all this other stuff is just noise. hopefully they can get these cases done this year....or some settlements and we'll know if they are the real deal.
yeah, it was a deal done with Worldspreads a while ago for the i-mobile app, but I don't think it was too successful (surprise surprise). Soon after they change the focus of i-mobile to the free version (as no one wanted to pay for it) and went down the ads/Jarvis sharedealing route. Worldspreads didn't even get mention in the prospectus, so I believe it didn't really go anywhere. Worldspread released their own mobile app and as you say, WGP are using Saxo now. In any case I really don't think many used it. Probably the most effect companies are the like Ladbrokes and victor Chandler.....but I guess they'll just change to using someone else.
