A question - So this is the state of play with this company. They ceased trading yesterday and all shares will be transferred over to TMN. For every 3.765 IBG shares, the shareholders will get 1 TMN share. IBG have got 77.19m shares so that's 20m shares (approx) to be tranferred to TNM. trading of the new shares start6s tomorrow. Here's the question.....will TMN's SP go up significantly due to the extra shares???
