NAV simply represents the value of their investment on initial purchase or on any subsequent investee fundraise.
So we as wise investors can assess is company X is now worth more or less since initial investment on any subsequent news.

Some of us feel we are currently undervalued, equally, some of us feel we are overvalued.

Positions will start to be taken in preparation for news.

I can tie in quite a few of the companies that Matador mentions.

Hence a lots happened in the interning period.
IMG arena created and Leap fully integrated within IMG Arena.

So more than $6 million.

The $6 million figure to stop any confusion is made up of the $5 million value prior to them investing a further $1 million when IMG took 25%.

How much? Who knows?
More than $6 million would be my ‘guess’.

If..if..they want to take out Leap then they aren’t going to baulk at the minor sum (in relation to recent transactions)involved.

RobRob it’s a multi billion growing giant.

Debt is due to the amount of acquisitions they have made over the last few years. Debt can be good in such cases where they are massively expanding.

Or the recent results ...Revenues grew 33% year-over-year from $780.7 million to $1.04 billion over the three-month period ending in June. Net losses dropped significantly, falling from $328.7 million in the year-ago period to $67.7 million. Adjusted EBITDA also increased, rising from $113 million to $165.7 million. Adjusted net income swung from a loss of $40.3 million to a gain of $47 million.

Continue to deramp Robrob ...doubt you’ll mention they are sitting on $830 million in cash.
